Let's go through some of the incoming sophomores you need to know this winter. This group includes wings with size who can shoot the rock, physical post threats, and a few players who offer some tantalizing versatility at their position.

Josh Tolman | SF | 6'5 | Corner Canyon (UT)

Another kid for Corner Canyon who showed a promising combination of size and shooting. Hit some threes off the catch, went to work in post ups, and sunk some turnaround jumpers, also showed some good athleticism to finish at the rim.

[player_tooltip player_id='2847364' first='Tysen' last='Lewis'] | SF | 6'5 | Mt Spokane

Very physically mature player who put in some serious work by the hoop. Worked hard on the glass, racked up second chance points, and was able to play through lots of contact. Has the aggressive mindset to consistently make plays by hoop, and even when he's catching the ball on the perimeter or in the midpost, he's still able to find a seam and get downhill.

Cash Durgan | PF | 6'5 | Mt Spokane

Another young, hard-working forward for the Wildcats, Durgan did a great job setting up early in the post in transition and making quick seals after flashing across the paint. His focus on getting position on his man led to some easy buckets inside as well as numerous boards.

[player_tooltip player_id='2627281' first='Tytan' last='McNeal'] | SF | 6'6 | Eastside Catholic

Looking more and more like a legit wing prospect, and showed a lot more of his capabilities to work off the dribble. Has great burst both with the first step on drives and defending on the ball, and was really using his dribble in a more thoughtful way to get to his spots and work the intermediate areas. Has great feet and body control to play at high speeds and still exhibit some high-level skill.

[player_tooltip player_id='2795301' first='Liam' last='Dossman'] | SF | 6'5 | Glacier Peak

Pretty intriguing wing with some size who made some plays inside and out. Had some nice touches and follows at the rim, showed some good awareness working as a roller to seal his man and open up a clean driving lane for his guards. And looks like a potential spot-up threat from behind the arc.

[player_tooltip player_id='2457187' first='Michael' last='Ratcliffe'] | PF | 6'8 | Wilsonville (OR)

Made some great dishes across the paint from the blocks and was generally pretty quick to recognize doubles and get the ball out of trouble. He's a big kid with some plus athleticism who still has a ton of potential to tap into and showed some of that with his toughness inside and his ability to step out away from the hoop and knock down some shots.

[player_tooltip player_id='2544176' first='Jay' last='Beahan'] | PF | 6'10 | Bremerton

Beahan shows a lot of potential to be a truly impactful big man down the line. He has good form on his jumper and could develop into a big man who can stretch the floor out to 3-point range. Showed good progress with his post game and the ability to get to his moves a little quicker to get good shots inside. And is already an intimidating rim defender who should be a key force for them inside this winter.

[player_tooltip player_id='2625612' first='Tavish' last='Harrell'] | SF | 6'6 | Auburn Mountainview

A rangy forward who has big bounce, Harrell showed a lot of potential as a rebounder and rim defender. He did a great job stepping up to contest midrange shots and has a quick bounce to be an effective paint defender. Also showed some ability to knock down the corner three, and with his athleticism, he has a lot of potential to tap into.
