Davion easily proved that he was one of the better point guards in the Bing Bang Classic from the moment he stepped on the floor. He helped lead his PDR Elite squad to a 2-0 record as they finished 1st in their pool. Davion started the day off with a Big Bang as he went off for 25 points in a morning win versus the Houston Knights. Jackson uses his compact build and low center of gravity to get wherever he wants on the floor and finishes efficiently with either hand using crafty euro steps and reverse lay ins.

Judah was very efficient on Day 1 action helping his team finish in 1st place in their pool. A long and light footed combo guard, Judah scored the first six points in his debut by using his long frame to finish at the rim. Juda played within his offensive ability and never forced action or made careless turnovers. Not only is Rios a solid slasher to the rim, he showed the ability to knock down 3's as he drained three in the second half as he finished with 17 points in a big win.

Alex arguably had the best individual scoring display on the day. Even the opposing coach was giving him props mid game as Alex absolutely destroyed anyone that was in front of him. Any defender that was caught on Monroy Island simply could not contain him and when they did force him into tough spots Alex simply drilled contested jumper after jumper. Alex finished with a cool 21 points in the win. I'm anxious to see if Monroy can keep this same energy on Championship Sunday.

Naz was one the standout big men on day 1 at the Big Bang National Championship on Saturday. Naz plays with consistent energy which allows him to play above the rim snagging rebounds, blocks, and powerful dunks at the rim. He will be a prospect to follow as he makes his mark in the region and his home state of Louisiana. He finished with 14 points in a close win versus LBD Select.
