7/18/25: Blindingly fast. Anthony showed his potential way back in November and December for JPII as the team played without [player_tooltip player_id='1560719' first='Trey' last='Pearson'] (injury). The young guard took his chance and ran with it. Wiggins is now a known commodity around middle Tennessee. His strengths are scoring and speed. Defensively, Wiggins needs to lock in away from the basketball better. He is alert when the ball is right in front of him but tends to drift a touch when it swings or gets fed to the post. He might play differently in high school, but this certainly won't work in a highly structured setting like college basketball. Wiggins can create for himself. His court awareness keeps getting better and better. Passes with a purpose. Commands the team. Anthony spends plenty of time during the game conversing with his head coach. This is a good sign that he mentally locks in throughout. Anthony bulked up in the last four months. he is going to be a special high school player his last two seasons.

7/18/25: Logan was '"playing up", meaning that he is naturally a 15u player. Pro One 16u played him as a center, where he is most comfortable. JPII will potentially start Logan this next season after a transfer from Station Camp. How did Logan do in this game? Ok. The game was a little fast for him. AAU is often not kind to big men, as they do not run much halfcourt offense. Logan did a good job at getting his body on guys in order to gain rebounding leverage. He was not rebounding outside of his area much. The team did not feed him under the rim much, if at all.

7/18/25: Tayte's best play came midway through the third quarter, as he sharply drove the baseline, rose up underneath the basket, and finished a graceful reverse layup. Cordova was not a primary scoring option for Pro One, but he found his spot and instantly converted. Tayte showed strong legs and wonderful natural explosion vertically. He can probably dunk with two hands pretty casually while standing 6-foot-1ish.
