The Texas Circuit Kickstarter Showcase was filled with talented prospects who can put the ball in the basket. Stafford High School Guard Kwon Jackson showcased his exceptional three-level scoring ability, particularly his ability to create his own shots. Throughout the offense, he displayed his crafty moves, effortlessly blowing by his defenders with the ball in his hands. When he had opportunities from the perimeter, he made precise spot-up threes. Defensively Kwon held his own on that end of the floor. Throughout his games, he consistently made multiple threes, showcasing his ability to be a threat on the perimeter. However, what truly sets him apart is his fundamental ball handling skills. He can create driving lanes to convert layups even when facing contact. When drawing contact at the rim, Myles earns his way to the free throw line and shoots efficiently from there. In transition, he capitalizes on those situations, converting numerous baskets for La Porte High School after defensive stops. Myles's active hands also make him a formidable defender. He quickly reads opposing players movements, poking the ball out of their hands when they're going up for finishes at the rim. With the ball in his hands, he posed a significant threat by pulling up in front of defenders at times. Additionally, he received numerous opportunities to spot up from the three-point line, catching passes from his teammates. While he was a formidable shooter from the perimeter, he also demonstrated the ability to beat defenders off the dribble and convert layups at the rim. On the defensive side, he displayed flashes of active hands and the ability to keep up with multiple positions on the ball.     [player_tooltip player_id='2555715' first='Daniel' last='Mitchell'] has made significant strides since his first AAU game I watched a year ago. In AAU, he played a pivotal role as a dominant presence in the paint for his team. However, he has developed remarkably well as a skilled ball handler who can create his own shots and find his spots on the court to convert, particularly in the mid-range. Throughout the Kickstarter Showcase, he showcased his efficiency, scoring at a high level on all three levels of the court. Defensively, he is an agile defender who keeps his opponents close.     [player_tooltip player_id='2557362' first='Rakin' last='Ali'], a sharpshooter from Cy Park, can quickly get into a rhythm if you let him get comfortable from range. When making perimeter shots, he usually receives the ball from a teammate, but he also showed flashes of shooting off the dribble. Opposing defenders should watch out for Rakin on the perimeter as he moves very well without the ball.
