He has really good court vision as a floor general on the offensive end of the floor, and he sets the tone defensively, consistently locking up players much bigger than him. They lost the all-time leading scorer in West Point history, so there is a leadership and scoring void that needs to be filled. They pride themselves on toughness, grit, and energy. They primarily run a half-court 1-3-1 to pressure and create transition chances. It's about competing against themselves, every single day.
