The Grand View University Team Camp was full of great showings from many talented hoopers in central Iowa. All teams that participated had players at every position who showed intriguing flashes of talent, especially Des Moines Roosevelt and Dowling Catholic. His passing feel was extremely impressive. He consistently made the correct read in every action he was involved in and moved defenders with his eyes to create open looks for his teammates. He was also his team's leading scorer and took initiative to create his own shot. Getting to the rim was no problem for him, and he converted most of his drives into buckets with his soft touch and physical style. On dribble hand-off actions, he was very difficult to stop, constantly drawing multiple defenders, getting to the cup, and pulling up behind the arc with his quick draw jumper. Charlie plays with lots of heart and positively impacts the game in many ways. Whether that be his great driving ability, special court vision, or knock-down shooting. Charlie is a jack of all trades at 6'4".     Richie Walker showed elite shot creation ability and special off-the-dribble shooting against Dowling Catholic. Richie shook defenders with his quick change of direction and pace. His decisive ball handling created many open looks. In this game, he hit many tough step-back threes, showing his range, and was not bothered by contesting defenders. His elite shooting and speed also allowed him to create advantages often. When Roosevelt's offense stalled, Richie would use his special shiftiness and get his team a much-needed bucket. Overall, Richie is a fearless young guard who oozes potential. His top-notch shooting, off-the-dribble creation, and scoring feel were very evident in his performance.     Charlie Crane imposed his will on Roosevelt throughout their contest. At the rim, Roosevelt had no answer for Charlie. He was too big and fluid for the defense to contain. He was patient in the paint, always finding the right angle, using his body, and converting lay-ups with his soft touch. Charlie also showed flashes as a ball handler in this game. He was always in control and drove to the lane very well, especially in transition, where he would truck through defenders on his way to the rim, and though he was very dominant down low. He also showed a dynamic ability to stretch the floor. Hitting threes and keeping the defense honest. His length and solid frame made him an impactful shot blocker and defender in this game. His size would completely shut down the rim at times, and he even blocked shots out on the perimeter. Charlie is an extremely talented and impactful big man, and he showed that throughout this game
