GASO Bryan: Saturday’s Radar Watch- Trending Guards

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Last weekend in Bryan, GASO basketball was electric, and several top matchups were drawing in more and more fans each day. Everybody who keeps up with AAU basketball knows that Saturday is THE day for key matchups to take place in each division and the tournament in Bryan did not disappoint with talented athletes. Dallas is a versatile guard and although he has many different ways to impact on offense, shooting is his best attribute, and he makes the defense pay whenever open. Evans is an adept playmaker who is a quick decision maker with the ball in his hands and is a great point guard for this ball club. Herrin showed that he can get a bucket from multiple levels, possessing good range from three-point land and driving to the rim against taller defenders. His motor doesn't run out as he is constantly getting out for scoring opportunities on fast breaks and creating shots for himself off the dribble. The shooting guard had three straight games with double figures scoring 15,26, and 18 respectively. During these three contests, Valenzuela also went 14/32 from three-point land and had great off ball movement to constantly get himself open. Lewis has great physicality on the perimeter, impressive athleticism. and he is able to bully his way to the rim through multiple defenders. Deshaun also showed a good stroke from mid-range when the defense gave him space to shoot the rock. Jackson knows how to keep his teammates involved in the game with good court vision and he is also able to set a good pace for the offense with handling the ball under pressure. During his last game this weekend, Addison had 10 points, 8 rebounds, and 5 assists showing that he can impact the game from all stat categories and not just scoring.
