If you're not deliberate with your dribble and disciplined with your handle, he'll take the ball from you. He plays the passing lanes with precision, turning defense into offense in the blink of an eye.   When defending bigger players, Amani knows how to front the post effectively, using his length and timing to disrupt entry passes and get his hands on the ball. He's also capable of blocking shots and contesting at the rim, proving he's not afraid to mix it up inside.   But what truly sets Amani apart is his all-around game. He's the ultimate Swiss Army knife—able to do everything well. His stat lines reflect his versatility. Against Coastal Elite, he posted 9 points, 7 rebounds, 4 steals, and 3 assists, and that type of impact is typical for him.   Offensively, Amani can shoot it, play on or off the ball, and even rise up and dunk on defenders. He's more than capable of running a team's offense or playing a complementary role. Whatever the game needs, Amani provides.   He's the kind of player every coach wants—reliable, disruptive, and quietly thrives in every facet of the game.     LJ Bridges is the type of defender every coach dreams of. With a 6'10" wingspan and elite instincts, he doesn't just guard one position—he guards everyone.   What makes Bridges special is his versatility and motor. In one sequence, you'll catch him battling on the block with post players, holding his ground and pulling down contested rebounds. A few possessions later, he's out on the perimeter, sliding his feet, disrupting ball handlers, and deflecting passes like a true guard. His ability to switch seamlessly across all five positions is rare and game-changing.   Bridges is a menace in the passing lanes. He anticipates passes before they're even thrown and thrives on turning defense into offense. Whether it's a 50/50 ball or a loose rebound, he's already a step ahead—his timing and anticipation set him apart from his peers.   While his defense draws the headlines, his impact goes beyond the stat sheet. He makes teammates better by taking on the toughest assignments and anchoring the defense with his effort and intelligence. With his length, feel, and relentless energy, LJ Bridges is a name that needs to be circled on every scout's radar.   He's not just a good defender—he's an elite one. And he's only getting better.     The full-court traps executed by SCSB Nevada's guard trio—Jeremiah Cooks, Pheonix Dalton, and Ace Keeno—were next level. Their constant pressure sped up the game, forced opponents into mistakes, and led to a flurry of turnovers throughout the weekend.   Once they forced a turnover, they wasted no time turning it into points. Their ability to capitalize in transition was impressive. Even when opponents managed to break the initial press, the pressure didn't stop. Cooks, Dalton, and Keeno stayed active, swiping the ball from behind or trapping opponents in the corners, forcing even more turnovers and disrupting the flow of the game.   At just 5'10” apiece, these three guards played much bigger than their size, applying nonstop defensive energy. Offensively, each brings a unique set of skills: Cooks plays the role of a traditional point guard, controlling pace and making smart decisions. Dalton is a combo guard who can really shoot it and stretch the floor. Keeno is a dynamic slasher who can attack the paint and finish at the rim.   Together, they form a disruptive and versatile backcourt that can control both ends of the floor and they were a problem for every team they faced.     Jephte Tambala of Team Esface is making a name for himself  this summer. He is one of the most physical players on the circuit. Standing at 6'5” with long arms and a nonstop motor, Tambala plays bigger than his listed height and impacts the game on both ends of the floor.   His athleticism jumps out immediately—literally. Tambala finishes above the rim with authority, he a few emphatic dunks that swung the momentum and fired up his team. But he's not just a highlight-reel athlete. He runs the floor hard in transition, positions himself well defensively, and blocks shots with timing and his great standing-vertical that make him a real problem around the basket.   On the offensive end, Tambala shows flashes of a developing perimeter game. His shooting mechanics are sound, and he's capable of knocking down open shots, keeping defenses honest. It's easy to admire his athletic physical play but he has underrated skills to go along with his offensive game. What separates Tambala is his energy. He plays every possession like it matters, hustling for loose balls, challenging shots, and embracing tough defensive assignments. That kind of motor, paired with his physical tools and upside, makes him an interesting prospect     Eric Jackson is a Defensive Problem   Eric Jackson of Oakland High is a straight-up disrupter on defense for the Golden State Heat. He picks up full court 94 feet, with energy, physicality, and purpose. He's a one-man press who can take the ball from you before you reach half-court.   But he does more on defense than steal the ball. Eric gets weak-side blocks, chase-down blocks, and takes charges. His timing and motor on the defensive end turn routine plays into problems for the other team. And with his solid build, he's more than capable of guarding up. He holds his own against taller, more physical players, and he rebounds the ball well for his size.   He's the glue guy every team needs. He makes the hustle plays and never takes a possession off. Whether he's running the offense or playing off the ball, Eric finds a way to impact the game. Although he doesn't shoot as much as he probably will with Oakland High next season, he's shown spurts of scoring the ball efficiently when needed. Eric Jackson is one of those guys who brings toughness, leadership, and a defensive edge that changes games.
