2028 Rankings Update: Stock Risers

PH NorCal Class of 2028 Rankings have been updated. Some of these are standouts on their high school teams, others get quality playing time, some might not play often, but are still on the varsity. Others standout with their club team at the 15u level against quality competition. These prospects made the biggest jump because of their play on the court.    He moves into the top 5 with a chance to inch up. The long wiry playmaking guard plays against quality competition with Soldiers EYBL 15u. Standing around 6'2 and growing, he plays with confidence. He's an excellent ball handler, can create his own shots in different ways, long 3's, short jumpers, and fearless drives to the rim, as well as involve others with good passing.     He's long and growing with an improving all around skill set. He can get to the basket with his dribble, using balance, and length to finish around the rim or hit the paint jumper. He squares up for 3's around the perimeter. The lefty can lead the break, He has length, and good movement to defend and help rebound.     He has that knack for getting buckets around the rim at the 15u level against quality competition. He's a good rebounder with a solid body and movement to work other areas of the court. He plays good off two feet. He can work high, low, and mid post with good moves, and passing. He can hit the short jumper, has range to drop a 3ptr.     Travis has a good upside. He's a long active player with some versatility. He's still sharpening his overall skill set, but has the tools, and contributes. He has 3pt range, can handle in transition. He isn't afraid to mix it up aggressively going for rebounds, and defending using his length, and energy, he'll try to block your shot. He'll put it on the floor to attack. He runs the court.     He's a fast guard with an improving set of skills. He uses speed to his advantage on both sides of the ball, filling lanes, using it along the perimeter with good handles to go by defenders. He has balance to finish around the rim in different ways, including reverses. He can be a standout defender using quick hands, and feet to disrupt, might get a steal.     He's long, strong, still filling his frame, will probably grow a few more inches. He's still polishing his skill set. He plays hard and aggressive, an active rebounder on both ends. He'll use a dribble or two to get closer to the rim for points in the paint. His length and foot speed allows him to defend on the perimeter and inside. He'll shoot the open 3ptr from the corner if open. He's playing against quality competition EYBL 15u.     He's a good passer and ball mover, with excellent court vision. He seems to enjoy finding open mates, whether he's pushing and looking in transition, driving for a kick-out, dish and dump, or hitting cutters to the basket. He has a solid body he uses to drive into the paint. He'll help rebound.     He plays on balance with good movement on the court. He has quality handles, a strong finisher going toward the basket, able to play through hard hits, and finish multiple ways around the basket. He'll square up for 3's around the perimeter, pull up in transition, he'll hit if left unattended. He can play denial, stay close enough to get a steal. We'll see more.     A good size prospect runs and jumps well with good energy on the court. He's still growing his skill. He's good around the basket at the 15u level using strength, going up strong, playing through contact to finish. He'll rebound, push and pass, had some success attacking from the perimeter, works well attacking along the baseline.     A long wiry prospect with a good upside. He stood out in transition. Running the court, finishing in different ways, floaters, paint jumpers, he has sneaky hops might throw one down if there's a clear path. He'll go for blocks and help rebound. He's good in space, will have to bulk up a bit to handle the bumping.
