Today, we take a look at some of the best scorers in the 757, the type of players that you can game plan for all you want they can still give you work on any given day.

[player_tooltip player_id='2510345' first='Justin' last='Jones'] | 6'2” CG | Atlantic Shores 2026

Jones has one of the best resumes in the 757 over the past few years, as he has been a starter for Atlantic Shores the past three seasons and was the Metro District Player of the Year after being one of the top scorers in the 757. Jones is a strong guard who changes speeds well and can get downhill and play through contact, he's a skilled shotmaker both from deep and in the midrange area, and he gets to the line a lot as well.

Jacari Jones | 6'5” WG | Lake Taylor 2026

Jones, of no relation to Justin above, had a big junior season for Lake Taylor helping them to a VHSL Class 3 state tournament appearance and being named Second Team All State, and he's looking like a late bloomer who college coaches should be all over as we approach more live periods. The 6'5” wing continues to grow is a big time athlete who thrives in transition and when he gets downhill, he's a strong finisher through traffic, he continues to improve his perimeter and shot making ability, and he is very good jumping passing lanes and turning defense to offense.

[player_tooltip player_id='2618835' first='Carter' last='Bullock'] | 6'3” CG | Catholic 2026

Bullock is another late bloomer and another guy I have ranked too low as I've watched him more, as he's a dynamic combo guard who can fill it up in bunches when he gets it going and is able to play on and off the ball to get to spots for his shots. He's a smooth lefty who can set his feet on the move and knock it down from deep, he's quick and has good burst to blow by defenders, he's an athletic finisher around the rim and his skillset will make him a great option late in shot clocks at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='2815386' first='Kelley' last='King Jr.'] | 5'10” PG | Great Bridge 2027

King had a breakout sophomore season for a very young Great Bridge team who played 10 sophomores this year, and he emerged as one of the best young scoring guards in the 757 with multiple 30 point games in the season. The 5'10” guard may not be the biggest but he's quick and shifty with good footwork to create space, he can drill it from deep off the bounce, he gets downhill and draws contact a lot, and when he gets it going he can turn it up and hit some very difficult shots.

Donnell Jarrett Jr. | 6'2” CG | Woodside 2027

Jarrett had a big sophomore season for Woodside showing he will be one of the go-to guys for the Wolverines who lose a lot of their production from the last few years, and he is a very good shot maker who can score it from all over the floor when he gets it going. With long arms at 6'2” he can raise up over defenders in the midrange to make tough pull-ups, he can work off the ball and sets his feet well allowing him to hit shots from deep coming off screens, he finishes well in traffic and while he's confident and looks for his shot he's very efficient as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='2548185' first='Kelvin' last='Anderson'] | 6'2” CG | Catholic 2028

Anderson was part of a talented group of freshmen guards in the 757 this past season, starting for a very talented Catholic team where he had multiple big scoring games and he's continuing that on the 3SSB Circuit with Loaded VA 15U this spring. The 6'2” combo is already built like a grown man and he knows how to use his body when he gets downhill to finish through traffic, he's improved quite a bit on his perimeter shooting off the catch, he is deadly in the midrange with pull-ups and fall-aways, and he's a good offensive rebounder for a guard too.

[player_tooltip player_id='2916372' first='Damien' last='Robinson'] | 6'1” PG | Landstown 2028

Robinson was another one of those very good freshmen in the 757, as he was named to the Class 6 All State team and helped lead one of the youngest teams in the state to a deep playoff run showing a very mature game and deep bag as a scoring guard. He's a very impressive shot maker who has deep range and can knock it down off the catch and off the bounce, he has great footwork to create space, he has a quick first step and blow by speed to get to the rim, and he's relentless and tough getting downhill to finish.
