Yusef Gray Jr. Power 5 2026

The Iowa State commit had a strong opening half against [program_tooltip program_id='2076459' first='Breakaway' last='']. Yusef hit some big shots from the mid-range using good change of pace moves to get to his spot. Gray is an athletic guard who can score inside or out. His biggest spots in the game were his dunks off fastbreak steals that gave his team some momentum and the lead during the middle stretch of the game. Yusef managed to hit a three in the second half but did the rest of his scoring in the paint. He led Power 5 with 18 points.

[player_tooltip player_id='1560882' first='Cedric' last='Tomes'] [program_tooltip program_id='2075431' first='D1' last='Minnesota'] 2026

One of the better catch-and-shoot players in the gym. Tomes provided a huge lift for D1 with his heady guard play and ability to stretch defenses with his shooting. Leading his team in scoring with 18 points draining 4 threes en route to a blowout victory.

Jaidyn Coon [program_tooltip program_id='2075431' first='D1' last='Minnesota'] 2026

Coon is a 6'7 athletic wing player who changed the game on both ends of the court with his high motor and athleticism. Jaidyn was blocking shots and rebounding a lot of balls out of his area. A player who seems to have a nose for the basketball. A big play for him was a transition play where he drove the ball right down the middle of the lane for a two hand slam on one of the Wolves players. Coon finished with 11 points and 8 rebounds.

[player_tooltip player_id='2614854' first='Tylen' last='Kingsby'] Power 5 2028

I was very impressed and excited for the future of this Wisconsin prospect. Tylen is an athletic player who chases down blocks and rebounds anything near the basket. He plays with the right type of aggression and isn't afraid to challenge anyone at the rim. Kingsby is still a work in progress on offense but does have the ability to shoot on the perimeter and with space drove right down the middle of the lane for a few dunks.

LaMont Hamilton Power 5 2026

A big game out from Hamilton. He's a shifty player who kept [program_tooltip program_id='2076459' first='Breakaway' last=''] guards on their toes for most of the game. He fills up the stats sheets quickly with his array of layups and deep shots from three. Lamont has a scoring mentality with the rock in his hands and paved his team early with 12 points in the first half. By the second half [program_tooltip program_id='2076459' first='Breakaway' last=''] changed the way they defended him and he would finish with 16 points in the loss.
