South Dakota Elite Prospects Make Noise In Omaha

They had some prospects that were making a bunch of noise and raising their stocks. He shot the three at a high level, and was recognized for his play at the tournament. He was aggressive shooting the three and really didn't pass up any open ones, as he was shot-ready to knock them down. His defensive ability as a stopper and shot-affecter in the paint is an underrated part of his game. He happened to hit a game-winning shot as well. His on-ball defense against short and quick guards was a key takeaway for me. His ability to handle the ball at speed and show some maneuvering in the open court was impressive as well, for such a lengthy guard. He hit some highly-skilled jumpers off the dribble. Athletic, a little raw, and offers a ton of upside if things come together. The 6'10” Big comes from Creighton Prep out of Nebraska.
