2026 Top 50 Risers

PH NorCal has updated the Class of 2026 Rankings. Here we have prospects that have improved their position in the top 50, or have played their way into the top 50.    The speedy guard can effect the game on both sides of the ball. He's a threat with the ball in his hands. He has quality handles, good vision, lots of quick movement to create buckets on offense, and disrupt on defense. He averaged 18.3 ppg, 5.7 rebs, 4.9a 3.5stls. He can drop 3's with range, go by defenders regularly. He hit 30pts two times this season.     He has a long wingspan, probably still growing, and a frame to fill. He has a good set of basketball skills buckets, and assists. He uses his long strides, lengthy arms for passing lanes, and lateral movement to cuts off drivers. He can use his dribbles with balance to get into the paint, he'll spot up in the corners, and along the perimeters for a 3ptr. 12ppg. He makes good decisions with the ball.     After transferring into Vanden this season. He's a rising guard in this class. With his size, strength, and quality handles he can generate buckets with hard drives into the paint for points, and assists. He's a willing passer who can run point when called to do so. He's got mid and 3pt range. He has good intensity on the defensive side of the ball. He averaged 10.4ppg, 3.3r, 3.2a.     The 6'8 big body made steady progress, he was a key contributor on a team that played in the CIF State DI Title game. He has deliberate movement, improved footwork in the post. He has good power going up in traffic. He has the body and strength to be a good post defender. He rebounds, sets solid screens, and has good passing.     With a good Spring and Summer Jones is on an upward path that could see him rise in the rankings. He's strong with a solid body, improved guard play. He's handling, and looking aggressively to put points on the board working along the perimeter and in transition. He's a good rebounder, solid defender. He averaged 12.3ppg, 4.3r.     He'll be one of Sacramento's top point guards next season. He has a good mix of guard skills, and knows how to properly run a team. A quality ball handler with patience, and vision looking to involve others first. He can create his own shots off the dribble, finishing with mid-range jumpers, floaters, and assists. He can drop a rhythm 3ptr in transition. He can control the pace, keeps his dribble live.     He's making good stride as a forward from the Sacramento Area. A Good Spring, and Summer could see the forward rise in the rankings. He has a strong body, can move around the court, and play an pyhsical style of basketball. He has an improving dribble drive that will allow him some room to work the baseline and perimeter. He's a strong rebounder, hard defender.     He proved himself to be a quality, and consistent player throughout the season. A fast guard with a good shot that goes in, he's a bucket getter. He'll use his speed and quality handles to drop buckets in a variety of ways. On the dime pull-ups, 3's along the perimeter. He gets to the bucket in transition. He can run point.     He's a prospect that can be effective from both guard positions for now. He's shown the ability to run the point with quality handles, a willingness to involve other passing around the perimeter and up court in transition. Make no mistake he has the tools to generate buckets regularly. Strong drives to the basket, handling contact, pull up jumpers, and more. He averaged 21pts and 5 rebounds a game.
