2026 Stock Risers Top 25

PH NorCal Class of 2026 Rankings have been updated. These prospects made the most movements upward, and into the Top 25 with their productivity on the court.    He was a key contributor on one of NorCal's top programs. A solid, versatile guard who does an excellent job of running a team. He's a trusted ball handler with a high level of decision making. His quality handles, passing, and timely shot making put this team in the NorCal Open Championship.     He's one of our top shooting forwards in NorCal. He continues to be a knock down 3-point shooter with a good percentage, while sharpening other areas of his overall game. He's plays on balance dealing with the bumps on dribble drive moves to the basket. He has a nice mid-range jumper, his rebounding has ticked up.     Hunter had a breakout season averaging over 25pts a game, while recording double digits in rebounds consistently throughout the season. He has a growing skill set, along with a solid body that allows him to create his own shot opportunities. He's knocking down 3's, handling and passing well in open court.     He's a 6'6 versatile prospect who continues to add pieces, and raise his level of play. A good ball handler with good vision and passing. He's getting to the basket from the perimeter with solid dribble drive moves. He has the size and length to score in the post area, paint jumpers, finishing around the rim. He can hit the 3ptr, and get rebounds.     He's one of our top rated post area prospects standing 6'8. He has a skill set that continues to grow. He can be effective in the post, with good foot work, and passing. He has some touch, and can get a bucket around the basket. He can hit the short jumper, has 3pt range, he can use a dribble or two. He has work to do, but is on the right path.     Fresh off a CIF State D III Finals appearance. Barnett is one of NorCal's rising guards in this class. He's a next level point guard with the tools to run an offense. He shows his overall guard play at this level, putting points on the board when he needs a bucket. It hard to keep him out of the paint, he'll finish with strong drives, floaters, and paint jumpers. A quality on ball defender.     He's a rising big with lots of room to grow his game. He has the length to defend the post, change some shots, and get rebounds. He'll get points in the paint with a soft jumper, and put backs. He likes roaming the perimeter looking to put up 3's if open.
