After watching more Mobridge-Pollock, I've gained more appreciation for Eisemann's game and how he plays the point guard position. A true point guard that controls pace, runs and cleanly sets up sets, and is one of the top and most consistent three- point shooters in the state. He's always on target with his three and they all look good. In the final rankings, he could move up the board 20-30 spots.

Swanson will be an exciting addition to the rankings and a really surprising guard out of Elk Point-Jefferson. The point guard is a self-creator that can create a ton of offense for the Huskies. He put in 23 points in his final game in the 44-54 loss to Vermillion. He showed a shotmaking repertoire that was highly impressive. Off the dribble pull-ups and fades to name a couple. A fearless and skilled attacker of the hoop. Defensively, he brings intensity on the ball, comfortably and confidently picking up full to 3-quarter court, making the ball-handler prove he has a strong handle on the ball for an extended period of time. I don't know his plans after high school, but I think he's an under the radar NAIA/D3 prospect. I'm questioning his 5'9” listing because he looks to be around the 5'11”-6'0” mark on film. But that's total speculation and guesswork.

Junior has been on the watchlist and he will be ranked in the final update. He was the starting point guard for Rapid City Central. A quick and shifty guard that can quickly change direction. A very skilled handle on the ball, where he shows great command and can get into the paint when things open up. Mostly likes to slow the pace and play in the half-court, but he does pick his spots to explode in transition, and looked quick when he does.

Swanson definitely popped when watching Elk Point-Jefferson, but Girad also was noticeably a solid guard that can make all the necessary plays. Can handle, shoot, and attack. A solid defender that is locked-in, quick lateral feet, and sound positioning in his stance. Elk Point-Jefferson's season is over, but Girad is worthy of a mention.

Hennen's season is still rolling with Brandon Valley advancing to state. He's the first Big off the bench, playing behind rising Sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='2148816' first='Austin' last='Dowd']. He had a productive game in Brandon Valley's win over Pierre to advance to the state AA's. He's an important piece and bench factor for BV and for them to make a deep run.

Schroeder was overlooked as a prospect and producer for Winner. Has my vote as a top 5 most underrated prospect in the state. I really appreciate what he does on the court. Plays hard, plays with toughness, highly active on both ends, and consistently made impact plays. He's constantly moving without the ball and cutting for buckets. He drives hard at the hoop and with the purpose to finish through and at contact. A defensive beast that can lockdown on the perimeter and makes steals and attacks loose balls. Attacks the boards and strongly pulls them down with two hands. His ranking will be adjusted in the final rankings update and could move up a sizable amount.

Starting shooting guard for Winner. A quick-twitch guard that plays with effort and intensity on both ends. On the smaller side but plays bigger than he is and gets physical with contact and a pushy opponent. Showed to be a threat from three and an explosive off-dribble pull-up game.

I have seen Rapid City Central possibly four times, but Mathieu stood out to me as true shooting guard and a 3-and-D player that is highly attentive and focused defensively and a solid and laser-focused catch-and-shoot three-point shooter. Defensively, he was highly aware of where he was positioned pertaining to the ball and his individual matchup. Offensively, he spaced the floor for his teammates for driving lanes, especially [player_tooltip player_id='2369129' first='Gilbert' last='White Jr.'], and remained shot-ready and ready to launch for knockdown threes.
