The breakout star of the PSAL this year, Swann is still in the process of coming into his own but shows all the makings of a big-time prospect. With dripping length, innate two-way instincts, and an elite blend of fluidity and explosiveness, the potential is there for Swann to play at the highest levels of D1. Playing both on and off the ball, he knifes through defenders with ease before consistently making the right read for a pass or finish. Maybe his biggest area of progress this year has come with the added consistency of his perimeter jumper. His defense is likely to be his early calling card at a high-major level but the progression on the other end has opened up a new degree of upside for the 16-year-old big guard.

As polished an off-ball weapon as there is in the PSAL, if not the state, Singleton figures to be the key if Canarsie is to pull another upset and advance to the title game. He displays pristine footwork and a consistently fluid release while running off screens in the halfcourt or sprinting to spots in transition. Singleton also shows a high IQ on both ends in the floor game, consistently in the right positions to impact plays with his size and length. The system fit will be key for him at the next level without progressions in his ballhandling and athleticism, but it's easy to see why mid-major programs have already begun prioritizing Singleton.

A rim-runner whose best basketball is still ahead of him, Mazou is a weight room and some added experience away from being an impact piece at the D1 level. With enormous length and exceptionally graceful athleticism, he regularly beats opposing bigs down the floor for easy finishes while also presenting a consistent lob threat in the halfcourt. He makes his biggest impact on the defensive end as a standout rim protector with the length and timing to have opponents second guessing any drive to the cup. Still painfully skinny and 17 years old, Mazou could really benefit from prep school or a redshirt year but the upside is there for the right D1 program to tap into.

A true three-level threat who's been as explosive a scorer as there is in the league this year, Sprattley looks to cap a storied career with a championship for top-seeded Jefferson. Playing both on and off the ball in a run-and-gun system, he's a blur either getting downhill or covering ground in the press to force turnovers. A consistent floor-spacer from the arc, he also shows great touch in the midrange and on his floater. Sprattley has also shown improvement this year as a decisionmaker and creator for others, which will be key for his translation to the next level. He'll look to go out with a bang while considering both prep school and D1 opportunities.

The most consistent scorer in a balanced, guard-heavy Eagle BX attack, Cummings shows clear upside for the next level with his blend of size and smooth multi-level shotmaking. He works fluidly both on and off-ball while navigating to his spots for a clean and consistent jumper. Cummings also shows a solid sense for positioning on either end to be in the right spots to play off his teammates. We'll look to see more from him in terms of ball skills this grassroots season, but scholarship-level programs should be adding him to their boards already.
