He finished his career by helping the Bucs capture another blue map. So much has been written about Salim over the years, and it is good to see him headed to UAB, as many in the Birmingham metro area will continue to be able to see his journey at the next level.

He moved from #3 to #2.

Photo: Huntsville HS Huntsville High School Basketball Program

J.D. In one of the most anticipated games in the year, JD solidified himself as one of the top five players in this class, as he was a problem for Hoover in the Northeast regional finals. His headiness and aggressiveness on both ends of the floor will earn him minutes early at the next level.

He moved from #15 to #4.

[player_tooltip player_id='1599936' first='Devin' last='Barksdale'] (6'0/CG/'25/Gadsden City)

IG: @devinbarksdale1

The question surrounding Devin is simple, why hasn't no one taken a chance on this talented combo guard. He showed down the stretch the ability to put his team on his back and carry them to the final four. He showed he has the tools to be a solid lead guard at the next level with a dependable scoring arsenal. It doesn't take much to see that he can play at the next level, and somebody is going to get a diamond in their program when they make the move.

He moved from #9 to #7.

Photo: Pinson Valley Hoops Pinson Valley Hoops

[player_tooltip player_id='1398735' first='Austin' last='Coner'] (6'2/PG/'25/Pinson Valley HS)

IG: acwoo2

X: @IAMWOO2x

For many in the Pinson camp, Austin has been overlooked, but after his performance this year, they can no longer lean on that sentiment. Woo, as known by so many, led a team that was considered undersized and dead in the water after nationally recognized player Clyde Walters left the program. He has shown his ability to be a reliable facilitator and carry the scoring load for the team. He is one of the reasons the overlooked Indians made it to the 6A championship game.

He moved from #19 to #10.

[player_tooltip player_id='1600007' first='Josh' last='Bowman'] (6'9/C/'25/Huntsville)

IG: josh_bow_

X: @_Josh_Bowman

Josh stepped in and continued the line of traditional big men Huntsville has in their system. From Caleb Harrison to Josh to the next in line, [player_tooltip player_id='2472355' first='Evan' last='Toms'], Huntsville has been able to put on the court a 6'9 or taller interior presence over the past couple of years. Josh was a dominant presence with his scoring, rebounding, and shot-altering ability. From backing up Caleb last year to being the main guy this year, Josh impacted the Panther program.

He moved from #27 to #18.

Ke'von Walker (6'6/PF|C/'25/Huffman)

IG: kevon.walker1

X: @kevon_walker22

I have really enjoyed seeing the growth of Ke'von over the past couple of years. He has expanded his game from being an inside presence and has added the ability to score from the perimeter with a nice-looking jumper. He was really good at controlling the glass and contesting shots for the Vikings. He will still have to continue to expand his game to provide more production from the perimeter for life at the next level.

He moved from #65 to #31.

[player_tooltip player_id='1624719' first='Skyler' last='Stovall'] (6'5/SG/'25/Montgomery Academy)

IG: Skysto22

X: @Skysto22_

Skyler really increased his stock with his play at the Final Four, helping Montgomery Academy capture the first of what many think will be a few blue maps over the next few years. He is a really tough downhill attacking guard who was tough to contain in both games at the Final Four. He has positional size, plays with a lot of energy and effort, and could find a place at the next level.

He moved from #50 to #34.

[player_tooltip player_id='2415265' first='Jack' last='Bakken'] (6'7/PF/'25/Mountain Brook)

IG: jackwb25

Jack led a team that many say overachieved. He was the workhorse for a team known for their hard work. He impacted the game throughout the season across the stat sheet. He plays a physical style of basketball but is heady at the same time. The Spartans coaching staff showed that the offense could flow through Jack as good things happened when he caught the ball and was able to make plays for himself and his teammates.

He moved from #67 to #46.
