Barron towered over others on the floor and was able to finish inside the paint. Hilton who attends El Wright Middle School in the Midlands led the way. Session a left-handed wing player was able to drive and slash to the bucket while working the baseline area. Antonio attends Sandhills Middle School in the Midlands. Keep in mind that these two players are just 7th graders currently.

Team USC 2029 Jr EYBL Wins Big:

It's never too early to start looking down the road for talent here in the Palmetto State. The shifty Pernell was able to score 17 points in the win over Bout A Bucket here this morning. Shawn attends Blythewood Middle School.

[player_tooltip player_id='2820444' first='Jason' last='Staley'] is the son of Ridge View HS Head Coach Josh Staley. Jason was able to direct traffic and set the tone at times with his crisp passing skills and ability to find the open man. Jason attends Kelly Mill Middle School.

[player_tooltip player_id='2816511' first='Khiry' last='White'] patrolled the middle for the Team USC 2029 Jr EYBL squad. The long and rangy forward was able to run the floor and cover a lot of ground with his length. White who attends Irmo Middle School was active on both ends of the court blocking shots and collecting rebounds.

Team Salley Has Nice Trio:

Head Coach Eric Salley has to be smiling and happy with his Youngsters. This squad comes from around the Orangeburg area. [player_tooltip player_id='2820443' first='Jaleel' last='Smith'] who attends Clark Middle School in Orangeburg was able to knockdown some jumpers here today. Smith was a nice perimeter threat all day long for the Blue and Orange in opening round win over Team Cota Elite 2029.

Prep Hoops first saw [player_tooltip player_id='2563974' first='Taye' last='Stanley'] play last fall at the Carolina Freshmen Showcase. Stanley who lives in Georgetown is currently being Home-Schooled. Taye was all over the floor today with his game. He brought the ball up the deck and finished drives on the way to the bucket. Taye at times went coast to coast and really liked the ball in his hands. The long and rangy Stanley scored 18 points according to my unofficial stats here today.

[player_tooltip player_id='2818240' first='Dezman' last='Martino'] attends Bamber-Ehrhardt Middle School and stands at 6-foot-2 already being in just the 8th grade. Dezman was able to play with his back to the basket and post up down on the block. Martino has a extremely long wingspan already for his young age. Dezman moves very well around the floor and see needs to play a bit more aggressive on the offensive end of the court at times.

Stay right here on Prep Hoops for more coverage from the 20206-2028 Classes here at the Big Shots Southeast Tip-Off.
