Below is a review of additional prospects from southeastern Pennsylvania who increased their recruiting stock with impressive performances in the various PIAA District tournaments.    Drummond's breakout senior season continued during the District 1-6A tournament where he averaged 26.3 point per night. Drummond posted an impressive 29-point effort (4 triples) in Bensalem's playback game win over Neshaminy. For an encore Drummond exploded for 49-points (10 threes) in another playback game against Methacton. How this high IQ, three-level scoring machine remains available is a complete mystery. He is a versatile, lefty guard who excels at producing points off the dribble. However, if a defender sags off him, Drummond will make it rain from deep. His is practically unstoppable in the open court too. Drummond proved he is plus defender in the District 1-6A tournament as the combination of his quick hands and anticipation skills frequently produced steals     After his phenomenal sophomore regular season, Francis was named as a 1st Team All-PCL selection. His stellar play continued in Bonner's D12-5A win over PPL contender Frankford. During Bonner's lopsided victory (78-42), this fast and multi-skilled point guard with a high IQ dropped 17 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in only three quarters of run. Francis drained 3 triples, scored on the fast break and off the dribble in the half-court. His end-to-end speed and change of direction moves are already next level. Even more impressive is the poise Francis plays with at such a young age. Francis never allows the opponent's defensive scheme to speed him up.     This dynamic and versatile floor general posted a fantastic 23-point effort (1 three) in the Philly Public title game win for Imhotep. Thus, it should not be a surprise that Smith was clutch during Imhotep's upset of Father Judge in the District 12-6A championship game. Smith scored in transition and at every level in the half-court on his way to 18 points. The bulk of the points came in the second half when Smith simply took over the game. His dynamic handles and elite speed got him into the paint with ease. Once Smith was in the lane, he scored on lay-ins as well as runners and executed a few kick out passes too. His ability to serve as a one-man press break was impressive. Smith holds a handful of DI offers and recently added one from La Salle to his pile.     Across Hershey's march to the District 3-5A title, Sweeney posted 20 points per night. His incredible stretch of District tourney play included a 28 points (1 three), 10 rebounds and 4 assists performance in Hershey's championship game win over Exeter. Throughout the D3-5A tournament, Sweeney did the bulk of his offensive damage in the open court and by relentlessly crashing the offensive glass. His athleticism and ability to finish through contact were on full display in both of those scoring scenarios. Plus, Sweeney flashed an accurate jump shot with logo distance range. At the other end of the court, Sweeney guarded 2 through 5 and was a plus rebounder.
