He proved to be an efficient scorer and at one point at 8 straight points for Desert Oasis. Many of his shots come from the outside, but he also has good first step that allows him to get to the rim if he wants. In addition to his accurate perimeter shooting, Stanko also hit a game winning lay-up as time expired against Douglas back in February. On defense, he can limit the opposing team's bigs thanks to his frame, height, and physicality. On offense, he is willing to set picks and he also battles for rebounds.
