It's that time of year again where we do our quarterly rankings updates, and we will start with the senior class! We've had quite a while to compile our 2025 rankings over the past four years, so we had a solid list already but that doesn't mean things haven't changed with transfers and shakeups throughout the list.

We will be doing content throughout the week on new additions, biggest risers and positional rankings. Here's a look at part three of the 30 new players added to the top 200 players in the 2025 class.

#182) [player_tooltip player_id='2763278' first='Dominique' last='Pleasants'] | 5'11” PG | Varina

Pleasants has been a big part of a young but talented Varina team who has had a ton of success heading into the playoffs, and his leadership has been a huge reason for that. The 5'11” lead guard has done the majority of the ball handling for his team, he sets the tone defensively with his ability to pick up full court and he has made plays for himself and others throughout the season.

#183) [player_tooltip player_id='2467023' first='Charlie' last='Miller'] | 6'2” CG | Benedictine

Miller is one of the most underrated prospects in the Richmond area, and the fact that he carries a 4.5 GPA has made him a priority for a number of high academic D3 schools who could use his ability to create and make shots at a good clip. He knocks it down from deep off the catch at a high clip, he can create space in the midrange and as you can imagine he's a very high IQ player on both ends of the floor.

#184) [player_tooltip player_id='2761905' first='Delwan' last='Waller'] | 6'3” SF | Thomas Dale

Waller is a late bloomer who is having a great senior season for Dale, and while it's starting to click a bit for him he still has a lot of room to improve moving forward as well. The 6'3” wing has good length and athleticism on the perimeter, he thrives in transition with his ability to get up and down and finish at the rim and he is a good rebounder and defender for his position too.

#186) [player_tooltip player_id='2763226' first='Tim' last='King'] | 6'2” SG | Hargrave

King is part of a deep Hargrave backcourt that can put up points in bunches, and he's a big reason they are in the position they are to make a run in the VISAA D2 classification this year. The 6'2” off guard is a strong and skilled guy who can get downhill and play through contact, he knocks down shots from deep off the catch at a good clip and he is willing to do the dirty work to help his team in different ways.

#189) [player_tooltip player_id='2548303' first='Jaylen' last='Johnson'] | 6'1” PG | Dinwiddie

Johnson stepped into the point guard role this season and has been phenomenal, putting up big numbers as both a scorer and distributor throughout the season. He's a true three level shot maker who can create space and knock down shots off the bounce, he has a quick first step and is shifty with the ball in his hands to get by defenders and he brings a lot of toughness to his team at the lead guard position.

#192) [player_tooltip player_id='2763227' first='Marchello' last='Toms'] | 6'3” SF | Heritage (Lynchburg)

Toms is an under the radar player in the Lynchburg area coaches should take a look at, as he has great physical and athletic tools and a lot of upside moving forward. At 6'3” he's well built and has a lot of strength to play through contact when he gets downhill, he is a versatile defender who can guard multiple positions and use his athleticism to challenge shots and he has a solid perimeter skillset to continue to build upon.

#193) [player_tooltip player_id='2763229' first='Mason' last='Bracey'] | 6'4” PF | Stafford

Bracey may not look like he's one of the most deadly players on the court, but the 6'4” forward is one of the top shooters in Fredericksburg and routinely torches defenses from beyond the arc. At 6'4” he's got a strong build to be able to bang in the paint for rebounds, he has good size so he doesn't need much room to get his shot off and he shoots a beautiful ball at an upper 40% clip from beyond the arc.

#194) [player_tooltip player_id='2763232' first='Markelle' last='Ray'] | 6'0” PG | Graham

Ray was an All State selection last year for Graham and has stepped into an even bigger role this year, having them looking at a chance to make a run here in the Class 1 playoffs. The 6'0” lead guard has a lightning quick first step and good end-to-end speed with the ball in his hands, he is a good finisher around the rim and scores it well in the midrange and he can make plays for others off the bounce as well.

#196) [player_tooltip player_id='2763237' first='Shane' last='Huff'] | 5'10” PG | George Wythe

Huff is another guy that may not look the part at only 5'10”, but he will shock you quickly when you see his ability to handle the rock and score it in a lot of different ways. He's super shifty off the bounce with the ability to change speeds and directions to create space, he can hit tough shots in the midrange and is a crafty finisher around the rim and he can move off the ball where he can knock down shots from deep as well.

#197) Leroy Pegram | 5'10” PG | Thomas Dale

Pegram has emerged as one of the most underrated guards in the Richmond area as a senior for Dale, and he's another guard that can surprise you with his ability to create for himself and others off the bounce. He's a quick and shifty guard with good wiggle and blow by speed, he has an excellent midrange game to negate his height when he gets in the paint and he sets the tone with his defensive pressure too.
