I've been impressed with the growth Aljancic has shown this year as a multi-sport athlete who has turned the corner as a basketball player. While his older brother is standing out at Findlay, Tate is blossoming in his own right. Impressed by his positional versatility and coming up clutch with plays like a buzzer-beater at Flyin' To The Hoop to send the game to overtime. Whatever sport Aljancic plays in college, I would bet on him carving out a role to contribute.

One of the more unique players on our list, Roane runs point guard for Mansfield Senior and uses his strong frame to get to the basket and score at the rim. An excellent rebounder for his size, Roane is a mismatch at the high school level due to his strength and ability to handle the ball. I think Mansfield is an interesting team to watch come playoff time due to their fast pace of play and ability to speed teams up.

A baseball commit at the college level, I still wanted to add Cordonnier to our basketball rankings due to his overall impact on a state title contender in the Russia Raiders. A physical wing who makes the right play with the ball in his hands as a passer and can handle pressure, Cordonnier can help set the table on a Russia team that spreads the ball around. Cordonnier also had a couple offensive rebounds in the game I caught and blocked a few shots, showing his value in the paint as well. We'll see if this senior class can be the one to get over the hump and win the state championship for Russia.

Daniels is a physical wing who uses his strength and motor to score at the rim and rebound at both ends of the court. The lefty is tough to stop when he attacks downhill and shoots over his right shoulder at the basket. Harvest Prep returned a majority of their core from their 2024 state runner up squad and appear to have a team that can once again contend for a state title. We'll see if Daniels and the rest of their experienced group can finish the job this time around.

Garfield Heights added three senior transfers to their starting lineup and Jones is an athletic wing who can defend, run in transition and play above the rim. On a team with a couple of guys who can score the ball at a high level, you need players who do the dirty work to help you win. I could see Jones making some key plays in tight playoff games for Garfield Heights in a stacked Division III field in northeast Ohio.

Another Leopard senior getting his name onto our list, Andrejcik can knock down an open shot, has solid size and has a bunch of big game experience. I've left impressed with Andrejcik a few times this season as a guy who can play a role for a group with a ton of chemistry together.

A Prep Hoops Circuit standout in the summer, Tyree lands on this list after having a solid senior season with Clayton Northmont. Shooting the cover off the basketball, Tyree is at 56% from 3-point range this season. You won't find many better shooters with their feet set than Tyree and that shooting ability lands him in our rankings.
