[player_tooltip player_id='2362465' first='Jaren' last='Davis'] / Senior / Cookeville / Guard
Facing the loss of a Mr. Basketball-candidate, a head coach, one of the program's best point guards of All-Time, and a talented '25 guard Jaren somehow propped up a program as youngsters learned on the fly. Davis deserves consideration for District MVP for his remarkable consistency and leadership during what might've been an asteroid crash of a season. Look at Morristown East (4-21) as an example of what can happen when a program graduates an All-Time talent from a State Tournament team.

He and [player_tooltip player_id='1947172' first='Landon' last='Bryant'] provide the 1-2 punch for the District Champion Wolverines.

Carpenter sat out last year after playing minimally for Father Ryan two years ago. Only his teammates, guys he played middle school with, knew this was coming.

[player_tooltip player_id='1769962' first='Towan' last='Siler'] / Senior / Wilson Central / Guard
Typically, [player_tooltip player_id='1769962' first='Towan' last='Siler'] is an All-District First 5 player, but his team just struggled too much for his inclusion. After a wonderful non-District season, Wilson Central's wheels fell off and they won just a single game against their rivals. Siler is a fantastic scorer with a college hoops future.
