While 6A has been wild it still looks like there are two team sthat could meet in the final that were predicted at the beginning of the season and that is Layton and Herriman.

Top Tier Teams

Herriman is 18-1 and their only loss came to Rock Canyon, Colorado oddly enough a team that Corner Canyon beat a few weeks prior. Herriman has taken care of Corner Canyon in region play and they have been using a heavy dose of [player_tooltip player_id='1278442' first='Carlo' last='Mulford'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1369726' first='Cale' last='Barclay']. This Duo is just too tough to stop. You add Stockton Blanchards improved play in the mix and [player_tooltip player_id='1551401' first='Zach' last='Tanner'] and Herriman could be hoisting the trophy up at the end of the day.

We head up North to Layton High School who has one of the best up and coming PG's in Karter Milller and he is not alone Layton does have a deep roster with [player_tooltip player_id='1568152' first='Sam' last='Romer'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1942223' first='Jonah' last='Fullmer'] playing well. You can even get some solid play out of [player_tooltip player_id='2244581' first='Josh' last='Checketts'] as well. [player_tooltip player_id='2716619' first='Chase' last='Randall'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2539689' first='Jack' last='Godderidge'] have also been good for the Lancers. This team could easily make it's way back to the ship.

Davis High school is another team that is battle tested and they are lead by [player_tooltip player_id='1272410' first='Coleman' last='Atwater']. The lanky SG/PG has been solid and he is a player that plays with a lot of strength and speed. He is quick off the bounce and he is strong with the ball in his hands. They get one more shot at Layton today and that game is going to be huge. [player_tooltip player_id='1278451' first='JT' last='Turley'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1611276' first='Bode' last='Sparrow'] have been great but [player_tooltip player_id='2530281' first='Croyden' last='Christensen'] could be a difference maker as he has size and he is mobile.

Bingham has always had talent and they always play next man up basketball. [player_tooltip player_id='1146657' first='Jason' last='Peterson'] has really taken a step in the right direction and so has Brayden Ericksen but the kid that has really made a difference is the big fella [player_tooltip player_id='2563970' first='Lucas' last='Neidig'] as he has not only used his 6'7 250 lbs. frame inside he is also showing some touch away from the basket. Parker Sneadeker is another player that could easily elevate the Miners as they are down one of the best players in the state.

Westlake is one of those teams that will not go away as they have two of the scrappiest guards in [player_tooltip player_id='1476918' first='Graydin' last='Anderson'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1571770' first='Symon' last='Sua']. These two have an endless motor and they just take turn breaking the defense down. [player_tooltip player_id='1571764' first='Kyler' last='Hadfield'] has been great this year and this team is just tough and a team that will be feared come playoff time.

Sleeper Teams

Lone Peak

Corner Canyon

Off the Radar Players to Watch

[player_tooltip player_id='1190620' first='Bryton' last='Valdes']

Ayden Larson

[player_tooltip player_id='1630898' first='Wesley' last='Curtis']

[player_tooltip player_id='2530315' first='Luke' last='Bingham']

[player_tooltip player_id='2539694' first='Carter' last='Robinson']

[player_tooltip player_id='2539677' first='Cameron' last='Brower']

[player_tooltip player_id='2539837' first='Isaac' last='Langston']

[player_tooltip player_id='2536865' first='Andrew' last='Anderson']

While 6A has been wild it still looks like there are two team sthat could meet in the final that were predicted at the beginning of the season and that is Layton and Herriman.
