<p>On January 25th and January 26th, 6th Man Hoops hosted a showcase at Newark Collegiate Academy in Newark, NJ that consisted of an array of matchups of programs across different counties all over the state of New Jersey. Let's take a look at the some guys, at the wing position, that stood out over the course of Saturday and Sunday's action. </p>

<p class="text-gray-700">Finishing the game with 16 points, Kevon Ishman showcased his ability to score the basketball within the flow of BelovED Charter's offense. Ishman showed that he can finish at the rim- whether that be evading defenders in transition, attacking off the dribble in the halfcourt, or knocking down an open catch and shoot three. Ishman was able to draw contract and get to the free throw line.</p>

<p class="text-gray-700">Using his strong and physical frame to finish at the rim, [player_tooltip player_id='1501449' first='Qadir' last='Dixon'] got to the rim pretty much whenever he wanted. Dixon used his wide frame to absorb contact on rim attacks and get multiple looks at the free throw line. Dixon also contributed on the glass and rebounded well for position. Dixon finished the game with 13 points and 13 rebounds. </p>

<p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='2763474' first='Aivaye' last='Ingram'] showcased his versatility on both ends of the ball for Trenton High. Not only was Ingram able to innate offense but he also did a good job of making shots from different spots in the halfcourt- at the rim, in the mid range, and behind the three point line. Defensively, not only did Ingram rebound the basketball at a high rate but he also was able to guard multiple positions, contain drives, and play the passing lanes effectively. Ingram finished the game with 23 points, 10 rebounds, 4 assists, and 5 steals. </p>

<p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='1948970' first='Donald' last='Nwaigwe'] was extremely effective in the way he was able to rebound the basketball off the glass and push in transition to finish at the rim. In the halfcourt, Nwaiagwe was an aggressive downhill attacker creating not only for himself but also creating for others; whether that was kicking out to open shooters or dumping it off to his teammates in the dunker spot. Nwaigwe finished the game with 12 points, 7 rebounds, and 3steals. </p>

Hogan was also effective in transition- both initiating the break and rim running. Hogan was also active on the offensive glass. Hogan finished the game with 16 points and 6 rebounds.</p>

<p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='2174085' first='Josias' last='Carbon'] was able to get going by getting multiple trips to the free throw line, showing his ability to absorb and play through contact at the rim. Carbon's finishing ability was on display in transition, finishing fastbreaks at the rim multiple times. Carbon was also able to knock down a couple open catch and shoot threes for DePaul's offense. Carbon finished the game with 27 points and 8 rebounds. </p>

Mangassouba also rebounded the basketball extremely well for his position. </p>

Keith also did a good job of being a good connective piece for Ramapo, doing a lot of the little things- keeping the ball moving, initiating offense, and rebounding the basketball. Keith finished the game with 10 points, 8 rebounds, and 4 assists.</p>
