One of the best guards in the in-state 2025 class will be playing his final week of the regular season for South Bend Riley. [player_tooltip player_id='1297088' first='Marvin' last='Schindler'] has been a player that has constantly improved as a basketball player from his freshman season to where he is now. With elite quickness, Schindler has been a playmaker at all levels and will be very good for whatever college he chooses. This week, SBR travels to Bowman Academy on 2/27.

We at Prep Hoops Indiana have always known just how good of a player [player_tooltip player_id='1299745' first='Camden' last='Craig'] has been but he still always felt just a little under-the-radar playing for Switzerland County. At 6'4, Craig has always been one of the more versatile wings in the state with his natural strength and ability to score both inside-and-out. He averaged a near double-double for the Pacers with over 21 ppg and 9 rpg. The Pacers travel to both East Central (2/25) and Madison (2/28).

Terre Haute North is rolling into the postseason as team to watch for in Class 4A and a big reason to that is because of the man they got down low, [player_tooltip player_id='2053676' first='Bryce' last='Renn']. Pushing 7ft tall, Renn is an extremely mobile big man that protects the rim, scores inside, and rebounds his area very well. During his senior season, he has averaged 4.1 points and 3.9 rebounds a game. The Patriots close out the year vs Evansville North on Friday.

3 Teams

Anderson (4A) – The Indians of Anderson have been on the more consistent Class 4A teams in the state this season sitting at a very impressive 20-2 record with their only losses coming from Noblesville and Mt. Vernon-Fortville. Of course for the Indians, it also starts with senior wing [player_tooltip player_id='1297010' first='Damien' last='King'] with his 22.0 ppg but guys like [player_tooltip player_id='2390222' first='Javon' last='Warfield'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1539290' first='Titus' last='Hunter'] have been great this season as well. Anderson looks like the team that will come out of Sectional 9 potentially. They close out the season vs Fort Wayne Wayne on Saturday.

Northview (3A) – Over the course of the season, the Northview Knights have established themselves a threat to make it to Indianapolis and cut down the nets in Class 3A. They are one of the few teams across the entire state that have win 21 games with only 1 loss. Junior guard [player_tooltip player_id='1561022' first='Brayden' last='Goff'] has been the main guy for them with his 17.0 ppg however [player_tooltip player_id='2892554' first='Avery' last='Perry'], Trayvon Buis, and others have been major factors for them as well. For the regular season closer, they Matinsville on Tuesday and travel to Bloomington South on Friday.

Houser (1A) – Class 1A is once again wide open and with that, the Hauser Jets look like a team that you could think could make a deep run in the postseason. Hauser sits at an impressive 19-3 on the year while also having won their last 5. Senior guard Colin Bucks leads them with 14.7 points ppg. Sectional 60 will be tough, but Houser has a chance to win it all. They host Greenwood Christian on Thursday to close out the year.

3 Matchups

Fishers (4A) at North Central (4A), February 25th, 7:30 pm

The Fishers Tigers have one game left int he regular season from becoming the single team to go undefeated all the way through. Standing in their way from doing so is a [player_tooltip player_id='1297108' first='Papi' last='Rivera'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1297098' first='Nijah' last='Jewell'] led North Central team. Fishers has had some close battles over the recent weeks but have found ways to keep getting wins. With this one being on the road, it is going to be another tough one. However, do I think Fishers will find a way to get the job done? Absolutely.

Silver Creek (3A) at Seymour (4A), February 28th, 7:30 pm

This is going to be one of the more hard fought games we see this week between two tough-nosed squads. [player_tooltip player_id='1385611' first='Kasen' last='Daeger'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2140328' first='Brandon' last='Hunter'] will led the Dragons to face a very good Seymour Owls teams. Both teams could not have asked for better tuneup before we get into Sectional play next week. I do like the Dragons to get this one done on the road, however.

Forth Wayne Blackhawk (3A) at Leo (3A), February 25th, 7:30 pm

Even though it is the final week of the regular season, we still have a big time Class 3A clash on 2/25 between the Braves and the Lions. [player_tooltip player_id='1364589' first='Kellen' last='Pickett'] will lead Blackhawk on the road to face a [player_tooltip player_id='1744047' first='Nolan' last='Hiteshew'] led Leo squad. Both of the teams are capable of winning this one, but think the depth of Blackhawk may be too much for Leo to overcome. Give me Blackhawk.
