2028 Watch List Release – Post Players

He has a solid frame that allows him to play big near the basket. But Younce doesn't rely just on his strength. He has solid offensive footwork and pretty good lateral movement. He's already a very versatile forward that can play and defend on the perimeter or the paint. I see a lot of years of matchup difficulties for opponents. I really like his commitment to the defensive end of the floor. There are very few freshman as athletically gifted as Whyms. can pick up at half court and defend vertically and laterally. On the offensive end, he can run the floor and get out in transition. There's a lot to like about his game. He uses his length to challenge and block shots and can even come in and defend from behind. Halloran is comfortable and effective as the screener working out of the pick and roll. But I know what I've heard. He's had some vert impressive games at the varsity level and that's just not easy to do for a freshman. I'm excited to see how his game develops.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
