Isham has been either out of action or hampered by injury most of this season, but that doesn't take away from his combination of height, length, and ball skills. The sophomore clearly has the potential to be one of the top players in his class when healthy and his rankings were adjusted as such. (+24, from #60 to #36)

It's been a bit of a rough year in terms of wins and losses at Milwaukie this season with their young and inexperienced roster, but one shining light has been Yamashita. While the young post is still developing, he's shown the ability to score inside while also having a nice face-up jumper, and has posted some double figure scoring games this year. (+21, from #77 to #56)

The biggest move in the rankings that impacted the Top Ten came from Price. The sophomore has settled into not only the starting lineup but one of West Linn's top scorers this season, using his ability to knock down outside shots and create space for himself off the dribble for himself and others. A hard-nosed guard, he's very much the future of the Lions attack. (+20 from #30 to #10)

After playing freshman ball last season, Williams has been playing varsity and excelling as one of Jesuit's double-digit scorers this season. A solid shooter - as you would expect from the son of Benson/Oregon legend Orlando Williams - he's also been effective using his athleticism to get to the rim off the bounce. An extremely explosive player, he's been able to make a huge impact coming off the bench for the Crusaders. (+16 from #29 to #13)

A solid shooter and scorer, Karman has carved out a role providing instant offense off the bench for the young, yet up-and-coming Guardians at Wells. He plays with good energy and is capable of balancing being on the attack and taking what the defense gives him based on the requirements of the game situation. (+14 from #47 to #33)
