2025 Blue Bombardier Classic All-Tournament Team 1 & MVP

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Blue Bombardier Classic was yet again successful. If you haven't read about the All-Tournament Teams 2 &amp; 3 (<a href="https://prephoops.com/2025/02/2025-blue-bombardier-classic-all-tournament-teams-2-3/">click here</a>). In the consolation game we had Wellesley vs Bishop Feehan as Feehan walked away victorious 69-43 getting back in the win column heading into the MIAA playoffs. The Championship game between Bridgewater-Rayhem vs host Attleboro was incredible as BR had to battle back down as much as 8 with just over 4 minutes to go. BR's Cason Faulk had a beautiful tap in to keep the game within striking distance and Cam Santos finished a layup with under 10 seconds to go. Bridgewater-Rayhem ended up taking the game into OT by a putback finish from Cason Faulk as time expired. The kid played his heart out especially running 94 feet to make that tap in happen. He never gives up on plays especially in the championship game he inbounded the ball ran 94 feet to get the offensive board and put back to force OT. Very active on defense in great position to intercept passes by being in the passing lanes, anticipation of the pass coming and having very active hands. He is as tough as they come finishing through fouls. His shooting abilities seems natural as he has great form, keeping his elbow tight and a nice release point. He made some big plays down the stretch in the championship game finishing in traffic near the rim and his up fake step through mid-range jumper. Can handle the ball as well, great change of pace dribble with a slow hesi. A clear scorer on this Bishop Feehan team going for 20 both nights of the tournament. A lean frame, with good muscle who can definitely can play if he wants to in college. A naturally gifted athlete who has high upside at becoming the next Feehan great. Really had to step up after losing a key player on this team for the rest of the year and did so both nights I saw him play. He is smart, making the timely passes averaging 5 assists in the tournament. He can score in a variety of ways from downtown to in and around the paint. He lit up the net on championship night knocking down 8 three pointers, tying a career high made in a game. He was just two shy of a career high total for a game. A pure shooter who doesn't have to score by standing still, he can lift, slide step or even turn around after having his back to the basket. His footwork and great form help propel to the consistency he has night in and night out. Laser focus on defense locking in on the ball with hand eye coordination getting tons of deflections leading to chaos or steals for opposing team.
