Dixson is a player I've had the chance to watch multiple times, especially during the Bossier Invitational, and there's one thing that consistently stands out: his motor and skill. A true system player, Dixson earns his points the hard way. As a rim-running forward, he combines raw athleticism with undeniable talent, constantly making his presence felt on both ends of the floor.

On a talented roster, Dixson has found his role as the energy guy, playing with high intensity and a relentless work ethic. His performances in the Bossier Invitational highlighted his scoring ability, with 23 and 16-point outings that showcased his versatility. He's equally comfortable pulling up for a mid-range jumper as he is driving downhill and finishing strong at the rim with a dunk.

What sets Dixson apart is his selflessness. He's not just a scorer—he's a player who moves the ball and plays with an unselfish mindset. Standing at 6'5", he has the bounce to electrify the crowd with highlight-reel dunks, but he also has the ball-handling skills to create his own shot off the dribble. His game is constantly evolving, and it's clear he's a player to keep an eye on. Dixson is on the bubble, but he's undoubtedly one of the top prospects in the state. If you haven't seen him in person yet, you're missing out.

Ejayden McDonald embodies everything you'd expect from a Louisiana basketball player. When he's on the court, nothing comes easy for his opponents. Tough, relentless, and fearless, McDonald brings a relentless energy to every possession. A versatile player, he can knock down three-pointers or attack the rim with authority, always putting pressure on the defense from the opening tip to the final buzzer.

McDonald's basketball IQ and competitive fire were on full display at the Bossier Invitational, where he earned a spot on the All-Tournament Team for his standout performances. He's not just a scorer; McDonald's ability to rebound—especially for a guard—showcases his all-around effort and hustle. Whether it's crashing the boards or defending with intensity, he's a player who doesn't take plays off. Known among scouts as a "hungry" player, McDonald always goes the extra mile.

His stat line tells the story: 22 points, 7 rebounds, and 7 assists in a win over Good Vision Academy, followed by 21 points, 8 assists, 5 rebounds, and 4 steals in a victory against Huntington. McDonald is a player who makes his presence felt in every aspect of the game.

It's not every day you come across a player with the combination of size and athleticism that Jordy Ndjombo brings to the court. Listed at 6'8", he looks even taller in person, and his college-ready physique is evident right away. I had the opportunity to watch him in three games, and each time he impressed with his all-around game.

Ndjombo is the type of big man who can do everything you need him to on the floor. He patrols the paint with authority, blocking shots, securing rebounds, and finishing strong with put-back buckets. In today's game, where many bigs have expanded their range to the three-point line, Jordy showed flashes of that ability too, hinting at even more upside as he continues to develop his shooting touch.

What stands out most is that he's a player who already has a solid foundation but still has room to grow. With his size, athleticism, and emerging skill set, Ndjombo is undoubtedly a future college player. It's clear he's just scratching the surface of his potential, and I'm excited to see how his game continues to evolve.

[player_tooltip player_id='2707628' first='David' last='Thomas'] is a player to watch closely, especially considering he's just a Freshman and already playing a key role on the Bossier team. As the go-to shooter, he has a deadly three-point stroke, but it's his defense and energy that really stand out. In a hard-fought game against Neville, Thomas took it upon himself to turn the matchup into a personal challenge, locking down one of the best shooters in the north and holding him to 0 points. On the offensive end, Thomas didn't shy away, knocking down four three-pointers in the contest and bringing much-needed energy to his team. After hitting his first shot, his trash talk and enthusiasm were contagious, fueling his team for the rest of the game.

With his ability to stretch the floor, his defensive tenacity, and his poise in clutch situations, Thomas is already on track to be one of the next great players from Bossier. Anyone familiar with the Bossier program knows the kind of talent they produce, and Thomas is quickly proving he's another name to remember.

[player_tooltip player_id='2466397' first='Jeremiah' last='Ford'] is the type of player every team needs—one who excels in the areas that often go unnoticed but are crucial to success. He's the guy who takes care of the small things and is always willing to do the dirty work. Game after game, Ford battles in the paint, going toe-to-toe with bigger players, absorbing contact, and hitting the hardwood without hesitation. His game is simple, efficient, and consistent—he does what's needed without looking for the spotlight, always answering the call when his number is up.

Ford is the Draymond Green of this team full of feisty guards. He's a versatile player who rebounds, defends, and finishes with grit. What really stands out is his effort—he's a player you'll never see outworked. Toughness, tenacity, and hustle define his game, and those are qualities that translate anywhere. You can't coach effort, and Ford brings it 100% every time he steps on the court.

His contributions were key in Captain Shreve's strong 2-1 record at the Bossier Invitational, where he played a pivotal role in every game. Ford may not always grab the headlines, but he's the heartbeat of this team, doing all the little things that add up to big wins. If you want a player who brings relentless energy and unshakeable toughness, Ford is that guy.
