He uses his strength and size well, and if you don't double him, he will consistently get to where he wants to go. He finishes with either hand well, and he does a good job on the offensive glass. Against Westfield on Thursday, he kept them in the game with his work on the offensive end in the paint. Tristen is a great passer, and the ball doesn't stick to his hands too long. Tristen is a terrific shooter, and he hit threes in several ways. He hit side step threes, catch and shoot threes, and pull up threes. He came off the bench in game 1, but he had a massive performance later in the week. I watched Colin play a lot over the summer at DMVlive and other competitions, and I am happy he is finally getting a chance to showcase his ability. Colin is an elite shooter and is a fantastic defender. Watching him at PVI, he excelled as a role player, but with a step down in competition, he looks great as a go-to scorer. I love their guards, but Wing/Forward Matteen Rahim stood out this week. Matteen is a versatile defender who can guard multiple positions with his length. He moves well and can knock down threes. This Woodgrove team is getting healthy, and they have started the new year 4-0.
