2028: New Watch List Prospects

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Take a look at six new names to add to your radar from North Carolina's 2028 class!</h3>      Rascoe is finding his way early in the 2028 class with Ahoskie Christian on the NCISAA stage in Year 1. He's nearly averaging a double-double with 23.6 points, 8.8 rebounds, 3.2 steals, 2.6 assists and 1.1 blocks per game as an all-around stat-sheet stuffer for the Warriors. He's put together seven double-doubles and shown he can utilize his length at 6-foot-3 in a variety of ways.     Sterrett is a point guard prospect with a lot to prove in the Liberty Christian backcourt in Durham. He's putting up 20.5 points, 3.1 steals, 2.8 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game through their first 13 games. He put up a season-best 36 points in a close loss to Alamance Christian and continues to surge in the right direction in NC's 2028 class as a prospect to watch at the point guard spot.     Hall is an electric forward/wing prospect to get to know at Lakewood High in Roseboro as he continues his dominance in the frontcourt. He's putting up 14.8 points, 13.8 rebounds and 6.8 blocks per contest and is fresh off a 27-point outing against St. Paul's in a victory. They've won 11 straight games since dropping their season opener to Midway. Hall has a bright future ahead of him!     Davies is beginning to assert himself as a top shooting guard prospect to make note of out of Wilmington Christian Academy. He leads all freshmen on MaxPreps currently with 55 3-pointers made, on 42 percent shooting from behind the arc this season. He's a sizeable shooting prospect who's shown he can get his shot off with confidence and efficiency on the perimeter.     Much like his brother, Caiden, [player_tooltip player_id='2711243' first='Jaylin' last='Brewer'] is starting to find his stride already with East Henderson High on the varsity stage. He's averaging 10.7 points, 2.7 assists, 2.5 rebounds and 1.7 steals per contest and has knocked down 35 3-pointers already through their first 17 games as they remain unbeaten on the year. He's a young guard finding his way on the perimeter and then some for the Eagles in Year 1.     Lawler is an emerging floor general with a bright future ahead of him as he leads Garinger High through some growing pains. He's fared well in their last three outings, averaging 24.6 points per game on 45.6 percent shooting from the floor. He's knocked down 28 3-pointers while dishing out 2.7 assists per game to lead the Wildcats' backcourt. As they adjust to a new regime on the sideline, look for him to assert himself as a top prospect in the 2028 class.
