[player_tooltip player_id='2337710' first='Max' last='Frey'] (15 to 6) While going to six isn't the biggest jump on this list, its notable that Frey has been a huge contributor on both ends of the floor for defending champion Morgantown while starting at guard. Frey has had some dazzling dunks, increased accuracy in his shooting at all levels as well as being one of the team's top defenders.

[player_tooltip player_id='2434792' first='Marshall' last='Summers'] (19 to 14) Wasn't the guy on Cabell Midlands roster that everyone thought would have the biggest effect off the bench but he's taken advantage of every minute the coaches have put him on the floor. We could see in October that Summers was ready for this kind of challenge and he's conquered it.

[player_tooltip player_id='2561914' first='Pierson' last='Dejneka'] (77 to 30) Getting in the rotation at Huntington is tough enough let alone getting a shot as a sophomore. Dejneka has a great presence on the floor for a young player and presents a threat to shoot it deep every touch. His guard skills shouldn't be ignored though, Pierson has great ball handling and vision with the ball in transition.

[player_tooltip player_id='2624032' first='Antoine' last='Hicks'] (75 to 32) Hicks has done an incredible amount of scoring for a sophomore and against some rather stiff competition. Hicks could easily mold himself into one of WV's premier guards by his senior year.

[player_tooltip player_id='2508620' first='Nate' last='Vestal'] (63 to 43) has been part of a youth movement on an upstart PikeView team in Mercer county. Vestal has the skill set to play multiple positions and should grade out at a scoring wing by next year.

[player_tooltip player_id='2443234' first='Chandler' last='Jackson'] (72 to 42) Jackson caught our attention this fall and we've never forgotten. He has a special skill for scoring and a great foundation to build on. Great ballhandling and basketball IQ, Jackson knows how to get shots for himself and others.

[player_tooltip player_id='2440252' first='Peyton' last='Cline'] (62 to 50) has had early success within one of WV's top 4A programs getting some varsity minutes early on and grabbing a few buckets. Safe to say the coaching staff has an upward projection of him as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='2615796' first='Levi' last='Lewis'] (82 to 63) We were able to see Levi at the Prep Hoops Expo in October and he was impressive with good handles, solid shooting from deep and finishes on both sides of the rim with either hand. His growth is imminent at the varsity level as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='2508618' first='DJ' last='Spencer'] (76-64) Spencer has had a slight jump in stock with the movement around him. Spencer is one of several young guards ready to take over at GW.

[player_tooltip player_id='2508622' first='Isaiah' last='Scott'] (74 to 60) Scott has climbed the rankings with his prospect of becoming an integral part of the South Charleston success down the stretch of this season's schedule. Scott is a smooth and confident shooter and slasher who could be the face of SC hoops his senior year.
