Prep Hoops Indiana will have boots on the ground coverage of six great games featuring countless college prospects and many of the best teams in the state. <p>This one was sloppy out of the gate. It is almost like it was an 11:30 a.m. tip-off! Both teams missed several bunnies around the rim and turnovers were an issue, especially for Blackhawk Christian. [player_tooltip player_id='1561685' first='Jedidiah' last='Minnett'] knocked in an early three-point shot to get the Orioles going while the physicality of [player_tooltip player_id='1565984' first='Keriawn' last='Berry'] and DeAndre Lott-Hancock got them each a couple of buckets. Avon leads 11-5 after one quarter.</p>

<p>Wright State signee didn't score until about the 6:25 mark in the second quarter, but he now has 8 points as Avon is forced to call a timeout with 3:05 to play in the half. The 6'9" forward is starting to take over and it has coincided with Blackhawk Christian climbing on top 20-15.</p>

<p>Pickett now has 12 points and 8 rebounds at the half as Blackhawk Christian leads Avon 27-15.</p>

Minnett now has six in the quarter, Lott-Hancock has a pair of tough finishes. The Blackhawk Christian lead is down to six, 31-25 midway through the third.</p>

<p>This one keeps going back-and-forth quarter by quarter. Avon now leads 32-31 after three quarters. Minnett went off in that quarter scoring 10 points to spark the Orioles. Kellen Pickett leads all scorers still with 14 points and 12 rebounds.</p>

<p>Three straight "Division I player" moves by [player_tooltip player_id='1565984' first='Keriawn' last='Berry']. He gets downhill very well and is a strong, athletic finisher. He has 14 points now and Avon leads 48-44 with 2:05 to play. </p>

<p>Final: Avon 52 Blackhawk Christian 49. Jedidah Minnett finished with 19 points, 16 coming in the second half, to lead Avon. Wright State signee Kellen Pickett finished with 22 points and 15 rebounds in the loss for Blackhawk.</p>

<p>The size of NorthWood, featuring Grace commit Tyler Raasch and junior Mason Pearson, gave Zionsville some problems in the opening minutes. However, IU-Indianapolis bound Maguire Mitchell nailed a couple of three-point shots to get the Eagles going. They lead the Panthers 15-13 after the first quarter.</p>

<p>Nice little run by Zionsville late in the second quarter to build a bit of cushion. Sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='2807774' first='Nick' last='Snively'] knocked in a three-point shot at the top of the key. Then, his brother Drew Snively finished a fast break layup. The Eagles now lead NorthWood 28-18 with 1:02 to play in the half. The tempo has slowed down since the opening period and the execution has favored Zionsville.</p>

<p>Snivley got a couple of buckets inside, but the pace has slowed down even more and NorthWood has been able to hang around thanks to a trio of three-point shots from Maddux Everingham. Zionsville is still op top 34-31 going to the final period. Maguire Mitchell leads the Eagles with 11 points. Snively is up to 8 points and 7 rebounds.</p>

<p>A quick 5-0 including a three-point shot from Collin Deatsman has given NorthWood a 36-34 lead with 6:33 to play.</p>

<p>A very, very slow pace to this one with both teams missing open looks led to a 7-5 first quarter in Brownsburg's favor. The Bulldogs have the length advantage, but it feels like this one will remain close throughout.</p>

<p>Finally a little shot-making. Patric Matson scored on a nice OB Under play, Kyson Neddenriep nailed a three-point shot, Quincy Pickett responded with one of his own. It is 14-12 Bedford North Lawrence with 3:16 to play in the first half.</p>

<p>After an offensive rebound, Brownsburg kicked it out to Joriem Lomax who had just checked into the game and the senior nailed a three-point shot deep on the right wing to tie the game 37-37 with 6.9 seconds remaining.</p>

<p>This one is getting out of hand in a hurry. Kai McGrew and Brennan Miller are dominating the offensive glass and back-to-back steals by Azavier Robinson have led to dunks. It is 17-0 Lawrence North out of the gate with 2:24 to play in the first quarter against Gary West Side.</p>

<p>Reggie Hinton finally got Gary West Side on the board with a free throw and Anthony Holmes got a couple of buckets including a three in the corner, but Lawrence North is still up 22-8 after the first quarter. Butler signee Azavier Robinson leads the way with 11 points.</p>
