<p>The Seventeenth Annual NorCal Tip-Off was November 30, at Dublin High School. This event kicks off high school basketball in Northern California. There were 9 games featuring some of the top ranked teams in NorCal. Each game had a Player of the Game award given to the player who scouts/media thought played the best. We're going down the line a bit to shine the spot light on others who caught our attention.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1707443' first='Chase' last='Robertson'] 6'4 2026 Guard, Branson: Robinson put together an all around game coming close to a double double. His 14 points, 8 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 blocks led the team. He's an active prospect involved in the action on both ends of the court. He's fearless attacking the rim off the perimeter dribble, and going fast in transition avoiding charges. His length and foot speed allows him to defend perimeter to post. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2136361' first='Preston' last='Oliver'] 6'7 2025 Wing, Ygnacio Valley HS: He's a long wing prospect. It seems he's taken his game to a new level. He has the length and size to help his team in the paint. He seals off defenders, gets wide making himself a target. He scores moving across the paint, active going after rebounds, and disturbing shots in the paint with his length. He's running the court getting transition buckets. 16 points, 4 rebounds, 2 blocks, 7-9 FG.</p>

<p><strong>Conner Lewis </strong>6'5 2025 Forward, St. Ignatius: He does all the things that keeps the offense/defense going. He's a ball mover with excellent passing. He sets screens, a target rolling to the basket. He'll use a dribble or two to finish around the rim. He's good around the basket. He gets offensive rebounds, takes it back up, or kicks it out to open 3 point shooters. He's a scrapper. 10-points, 4 rebounds, 7 assists, 2 steals.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1402706' first='Todd' last='Tatom Jr']. 6'1 2025 Guard, Ygnacio Valley HS: He's an experienced guard with a solid body, and good guard skills. He can run point, get a bucket along the perimeter, and attacks hard in transition. He can hit the mid-range jumper after a dribble, drop a 3 in rhythm. He's a good defender with quick hands and lateral movement to run, and stay with ball handlers. 14 points, 3 steals, 2 assists. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1703088' first='Steele' last='Labagh'] 6'3 2026 Guard, St. Ignatius HS: He's coming into his own as a player. He's hitting the 3-point shot at a good rate. He's a ball mover with vision finding cutters. He looks to feed the post, he has crisp passing around the perimeter. He has foot speed with effort on the defensive side of the ball staying close. 10 points, 3 rebounds, multiple assists.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1806767' first='DeMarco' last='Hunter'] 6'6 2026 Forward, Santa Cruz HS: He's a rising prospect in the 2026 class. He earned Player of the Game. He scored 21 points, hauled in 9 rebounds, along with 5 blocks. He makes use of his body getting rebounds, and scoring in the paint. He can use his dribble to create his shot opportunities from the high post along with good passing. He'll run and finish in transition. He has 3 point range.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2136800' first='Zion' last='Grissom'] 6'5 2027 Guard, Clayton Valley Charter HS: He's finding ways to be a contributor. He's starting, and logging quality playing time. He has an improving skill set for a big guard. He's aggressive on the dribble drive to the basket, using different moves to get closer to the rim. He's putting up 3 point shots when open, he's moving the ball. At 6'5 he's helping on the boards, and defending with effort on the perimeter. 11 points, 4 rebounds, 2 steals.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1572968' first='Thomas' last='Conley'] 6'4 2025 Forward, San Ramon Valley: He's handling the ball more along the perimeter and in transition. He made different moves to get to the basket. He worked from the high post with good passing, and drives to the basket, he hit the free throw jumper. He was 6-6 at the free throw line. Shot 5-7 FG, 2-4 3PT, with 6 rebounds, to finish with 18 points. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1384452' first='Mason' last='Thomas'] 5'10 2025 PG, San Ramon Valley: He's a seasoned point guard, knows how to settle and run a team in half-court. He's an excellent ball handler, with vision and good passing. He usually comes up with a big play, one way or the other when the game is on the line. He has a consistent mid-range jump shot, he can get into the paint. 18 points, 3 rebounds, 9-9 FT.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1703083' first='Isaiah' last='Davis'] 6'4 2025 SG, Lincoln, Stockton: He played a key role in the minor upset. He's been playing good basketball for the past few months. He seems to have found his rhythm. According to stats he didn't miss a shot in this game. 6-6 FG, 3-3 from behind the 3PT Line. His 15 points came with good shot selection, drives with spins to finish around the rim.</p>

<p><strong>Anthony Knight</strong> 6'3 2025 Guard, Dublin HS: Knight's been playing good basketball since the Summer. He's improved his overall skill set. He was in the running for Player of the Game. He's long, fast with improved handles to get himself a bucket. He played a good all around game to help get the mild upset. He was involved on both ends of the court. He scored around the basket, hit a 3 pointer. 9 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 block, 1 steal.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1574744' first='Cole' last='Loud'] 6'3 2025 Guard/Forward, Moreau Catholic HS: He's been playing consistent basketball. He seems to be receiving passes closer to the basket, where he can explode up for dunks and points around the rim. He's getting touches from the top, driving it in, or hitting the free throw jumper. He's making good passes from the high post. His 15 points, 5 rebounds, 7-9 shooting helped get the OT win. </p>
