[player_tooltip player_id='2473558' first='Gilbert' last='Baez-Rodriguez'] is a wing that has shown flashes of being able to shoot it from the perimeter along with also showing flashes of being able to use his positional size to his advantage to bring value on the defensive end. If able to show more consistent flashes of this type of production, Baez-Rodriguez has the tools to be an effective 3 and D wing.

Look for Baez-Rodriguez to provide a much added spark plug to the Gray Bees' three point shooting as well as provide both size and depth to their backcourt.

A super athletic wing with great positional size, Jahki Singletary uses his athleticism and length to impact the game on both sides of the basketball. Offensively, Singletary's quick first step allows him to attack the paint and finish well around the rim. For his position, Singletary is also an excellent rebounder as he seems to live on both the offensive and defensive glass. Defensively, Singletary uses his athleticism and his length in combination with an extremely high motor to be a versatile defender; playing the passing lanes, getting steals and getting out in transition, guarding multiple positions, and securing rebounds on the defensive glass.

With an improved perimeter skillset that's showing expanded range and being able knock down open threes a little more consistently, look for Jahki Singletary to make some noise Paterson Charter this season.

An exceptional shooter from beyond the three point line, [player_tooltip player_id='2218637' first='Kieran' last='Quinn'] has a lot of the right mechanics that make him a really good shooter; consistent shot preparation, a smooth release, and a fluid follow through.

After a strong summer with the Ireland National Team and a steady improver on the offensive side of the ball, look for Quinn to show a little bit of his ability to put the ball on the floor and get into the paint. With his good positional size, Quinn is also someone who should be able to make a living on the offensive and defensive glass for Gill St. Bernard's this year.

A fundamentally sound basketball player, [player_tooltip player_id='2202020' first='Avery' last='Lynch'] plays the game the right way; playing off two feet, utilizing shot fakes, making the extra pass, moving well without the ball etc. With a good feel for the game in combination his ability to consistently knock down open three pointers, Lynch makes for a great connective piece for St. Rose's offense. Couple his offensive abilities with a willingness to get on the glass and rebound the basketball, Lynch is guy who's fingerprints will be all over games this season.

Look for Lynch to continue to make winning plays on both sides of the ball throughout the course of his sophomore season and be a high impact guy for St. Rose.

A knockdown shooter from deep, Julian Paradise is a guy that provides good floor spacing abilities and steady shot making from the perimeter. A shooter with a lot of the right mechanics, Paradise is a guy that defenses are forced to close out on consistently.

Look for Paradise to capitalize off what looks to be one expanded role at St. Joe's Regional.
