Our next team feature is Page High of Franklin, TN.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Head Coach:</strong> Jared Street<br><strong>Enrollment: </strong>1276</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Page under Head Coach Jared Street won five games in the "District of Death" last season. Conquering Franklin, Ravenwood, and @ Nolensville ranked as the best district wins. For the Patriots to be equally, or more successful in 2024-2025 they will need to score more consistently. To be fair D10-4A features some incredible coaches and defenses and yet the Patriots must play the hand they are dealt. Of four November games, Page High won three, dropping just the last November contest to powerhouse Bearden.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"align":"center"} --> <p class="has-text-align-center"><span style="text-decoration: underline"><strong>Page High History</strong></span></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>State Tournament Record:</strong>&nbsp;0-2<br><strong>Appearances (2)</strong>: 1992, 1986<br></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Page High Patriots</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Starters*</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:table {"hasFixedLayout":false} --> <figure class="wp-block-table"><table><tbody><tr><td>#</td><td>Name</td><td>Class</td><td>Position</td><td>Height</td><td>Weight</td></tr><tr><td>1</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='1927474' first='Andrew' last='Cucullu']*</td><td>Sr.</td><td>SG</td><td>6'2"</td><td>185 lbs</td></tr><tr><td>3</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='1438114' first='Baker' last='Bruehl']</td><td>Sr.</td><td>PG</td><td>6'0"</td><td>160 lbs</td></tr><tr><td>4</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='1939414' first='Hunter' last='Moss']*</td><td>Sr.</td><td>PG</td><td>6'3"</td><td>--</td></tr><tr><td>5</td><td>Matthew Randall</td><td>Sr.</td><td>SF</td><td>--</td><td>--</td></tr><tr><td>10</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='2280687' first='Owen' last='Looney']</td><td>So.</td><td>PG</td><td>5'10"</td><td>150 lbs</td></tr><tr><td>11</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='1526361' first='Joshua' last='Spining']*</td><td>Sr.</td><td>SG</td><td>6'4"</td><td>160 lbs</td></tr><tr><td>12</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='2609260' first='Pablo' last='Hernandez']*</td><td>Sr.</td><td>PF</td><td>6'6"</td><td>195 lbs</td></tr><tr><td>15</td><td>Blake Smith</td><td>So.</td><td>PG</td><td>--</td><td>--</td></tr><tr><td>20</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='2863638' first='Graham' last='Harris']</td><td>Fr.</td><td>SG</td><td>6'0"</td><td>154 lbs</td></tr><tr><td>24</td><td>Cayden Aukerman</td><td>Jr.</td><td>F</td><td>6'3"</td><td>170 lbs</td></tr><tr><td>25</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='2417455' first='James' last='Hatchette']*</td><td>Sr.</td><td>C</td><td>6'4"</td><td>--</td></tr></tbody></table></figure> <!-- /wp:table --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Two years ago, Page finished 10-0 in a 3A district. Stepping up to 4A included some growing pains, but five wins among those giants last winter established the Patriots as belonging. This team is better than that 10-0 team. Seven seniors on this squad have been through the wars together and understand how to win. Patriot fans need to get out and support the Class of 2025 because a group like this comes around only a couple of times a decade.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1939414' first='Hunter' last='Moss']</strong> put 18 points on Brentwood Academy and continued with 35 against Coffee County. Last year we felt like we were disappointed with the type of season that we had. We went to work after some areas improving our toughness and our togetherness. As far as the basketball side we have a skilled group. We have a couple of other guys with some offers from some colleges.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>MEDIA:</strong> New players to watch.<br><strong>JARED STREET: </strong>This group has won. It has the experience of winning. Practice has been an all-out war when you have a bunch of 17- or 18-year-old guys trying to prove themselves. This league is not a league that graduates. It just reloads. I think our guys have a much better understanding of what it takes.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>MEDIA:</strong> Talk about your commitment.<br><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2609260' first='Pablo' last='Hernandez']:</strong> I am pretty excited. Yeah, I am excited.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>MEDIA: </strong>Are you excited about the team this year?<br><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2609260' first='Pablo' last='Hernandez']:</strong> We have been playing since middle school. I think that chemistry that we built the past years is going to help us a lot. We have three strong guards...</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>MEDIA:</strong> Any x-factors, Coach?<br><strong>JARED STREET:</strong> [player_tooltip player_id='1438114' first='Baker' last='Bruehl']. Most offensive players in the league probably are not a fan of him because Baker is a gnat.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>MEDIA:</strong> Any football guys coming back?<br><strong>JARED STREET: </strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2421097' first='Mack' last='Lee']. Caden Aukerman. Those two are on the football field. They have some unfinished business right now. Caden is a 6'4" guy that can really shoot the ball. He has been in the weight room. We are going to have a large portion of our team most of the year and when they come in after Christmas they are going to help.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><span style="text-decoration: underline">College Options</span></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1939414' first='Hunter' last='Moss']</strong> took a visit to Sewanee in September.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1526361' first='Joshua' last='Spining']</strong> signed to Sewanee in November.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2609260' first='Pablo' last='Hernandez']</strong> committed to Ava Maria University in October.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><br><br><br><br></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
