RCS Sports put on a great HoopsGiving event on Thanksgiving Eve this year with tons of great teams in attendance. Jim Hicks and Doug Jones sure know how to evaluate and put teams together for a good matchup. There were several prospects who upped their stock this event, but some key duos stood out and helped their respective squads put on a show. Let's examine three key duos who made their presence known every time they took the floor.

The athletic, high-energy duo of [player_tooltip player_id='1358209' first='Bryce' last='Jackson'] and Mike Collins was on full display during Shadow Creek's dominant win over College Park Wednesday night. After recently committing to Kelvin Sampson and the UH Cougars, Bryce came out like he had a point to prove and had about 6 or 7 slam dunks just in the first half over the defense. He could not be stopped driving to the basket and also got some key blocks and rebounds on defense. Mike Collins, who is still unsigned as of right now but boasting several D1 offers, is a blur in the transition game and can turn on the jets as quick as anybody in the area. "Mike-Mike" can score from all three levels with a smooth jumper or drive to the rim and put an opponent on a poster. He plays hard, physical defense on ballhandlers and is a great glue guy for the Sharks.

Prince and Dylan were the starting backcourt for Cinco Ranch in their primetime game against Barbers Hill and helped the team win in quadruple overtime. Prince had 21 points in the victory and Dylan had 17 points, both filling up the statistics column with several stats. Prince also had 8 assists to go along with his points in the game and Dylan led the team in the early goings, catching fire early on. The brothers have been some of the biggest stock risers as of lately and continue their complete games in this contest. Prince is a great facilitator and playmaker at the point guard slot, running the offense efficiently and keeping his team involved. Dylan slides in nicely at the shooting guard slot, displaying a knack for scoring and creating his own shot. Both brothers have good fundamental defense and will make a major difference for Cinco this year.

Desoto had an absolute beast of a duo against the Atascocita Eagles in 2025 guard Cameron Paul, who is committed to Miss St. and 2025 forward [player_tooltip player_id='2555012' first='Tymere' last='Singleton'], who helped dominate the post. Singleton showed off his frame and physicality by helping pull down second chance boards on offense, box out opposing posts on defense, and pushing the tempo in transition. He never got flustered and was key in helping orchestrate the offense in the paint. Paul uses his height and athleticism well to score the ball at will and can lock up an opposing ballhandler on defense by his lateral quickness and playing the passing lanes with his wingspan. The duo helped propel Desoto to an early lead in this game and never looked back as they made a major impact during the duration of the entire contest. Another thing that stood out about this duo was their hustle and willingness to help their team extend crucial possessions by battling for loose balls.
