There was really never going to be a debate as to who the best player for Whitleland was going to be this upcoming season. Ethan Edward returns as one of the top producers from a season ago averaging 12.9 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 2.5 assists per game. By this point in time, it is well-known how much of a sharpshooter he is with a unique combination of size and skill. He committed to the University of Indianapolis recently so with his recruitment out of the way, he main goal will be to lead this under-the-radar Warriors team to a Sectional 14 Championship.

Potential Breakout Player: [player_tooltip player_id='2140412' first='Kyle' last='Edwards']

With a very experience roster, the younger brother of [player_tooltip player_id='1297024' first='Ethan' last='Edwards'] is one of the younger guys that can really breakout as his role will see a bigger increase than what it was last season. At 6'3, [player_tooltip player_id='2140412' first='Kyle' last='Edwards'] is a small forward that has toughness and enjoys drawing contact and getting to the free throw line. Edwards attacks the basket most of the time and has enough good ball handling ability to create in the lane. Like his older brother, this guy can get buckets, as well.
