These players are likely to have big seasons whether it be scoring or just playing their respective roles. They've shown huge potential and now have the opportunity to shine.

[player_tooltip player_id='2413869' first='Ethan' last='Cummings'] will step into a likely role to produce immediately at Tucker County who lost four starters and one reserve after their single A championship appearance last March. Cummings fits the mold of Tucker basketball, shooting it deep and playing at a great tempo. Ethan will certainly be in the mix to be in the starting rotation or in rotation for varsity minutes with a great chance to contribute immediately.

[player_tooltip player_id='1578755' first='Louden' last='White'] comes back to a Scott squad that is looking to get back to Charleston and make another run. White has put in his time and has talent to boot that should translate to being one of the key players for the Skyhawks this season. White could have as big a role as starting at point guard and controlling the offense or can slide to the 2 spot and boost his scoring opportunities. Look for a breakout season regardless.

[player_tooltip player_id='2376733' first='Hendrix' last='Cook'] is coming back to the Westside program a bit more seasoned after being relied upon quite a bit during AAU season to make things happen offensively as well as play tough on ball defense. Think of Cook as the straw that stirs the drink kinda guy, if nothing is happening, he can make it happen. A high energy play maker who looks to make plays by distributing first. That should fit well into the Renegades plans as they already have scorers in place.

[player_tooltip player_id='2390883' first='Jerod' last='Trent'] is a three sport standout at Doddridge who's excelled at all three. Basketball will be no different, as we could see by season's end last year, Trent was starting to take advantage of scoring opportunities more and more and take advantage of opposing defenses putting gameplans together for his teammates. Don't be surprised if Trent leads the Dogs in scoring this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2470014' first='Leo' last='DeAngelo'] is pound for pound as tough as anyone on this list and we'd believe the Crusaders best all around returning player. A true point guard that takes advantage of his scoring opportunities when presented, but knows his role and plays it well. We think you'll see Leo turn out some exceptional games in points and assists more times than once this year.

[player_tooltip player_id='2306373' first='Mikey' last='Mitchell'] has waited his turn to be in the mix at Tucker playing behind older, bigger and stronger upper classmen for the last couple years. We'd predict Mitchell will have his fair share of double digit scoring outings this season and introduce himself to class A basketball. Mitchell should be outstanding on both ends given his physical and athletic attributes.

[player_tooltip player_id='2444056' first='Aiden' last='Scheidler'] isn't a name many are familiar with yet but I think by January we'll have heard plenty of this lengthy scoring wing/guard. Aiden has great skill sets and basketball instincts to find his spots on the floor to get buckets. Likely to be the number one scoring option for his high school squad who plays in the WVCAT, Scheidler will likely have a huge year in scoring this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2382663' first='Jordan' last='Teets'] has emerged from the shadow of big brother and looks to lead his squad back to Charleston again. We were impressed with him in last year's state tournament and think he has an opportunity to put up huge numbers this year. Teets shoots it well from anywhere as well as handles the ball and controls tempo like a point guard should. A very dynamic and talented player for WV small school ranks.
