The upcoming high school basketball season is 10 days away, meaning basketball is set to tip. The GMC is an exciting conference that has the potential to multiple prospects with the potential to crack first team All-Conference. Here are the 2025 GMC prospects who could make first team All-Conference.

[player_tooltip player_id='1472517' first='Alex' last='Grospe'], 5'10 PG South River

Grospe lit up the scoreboard in 2023-24 as he nearly poured in 800 points. The 5'10 guard plays with composure as he rarely gets flustered by on-ball pressure and threads passes to his teammates in the halfcourt. Grospe has a nice touch on his floater and wastes little motion in his release. He has the potential to play off the ball and gets deflections on the defensive end. Grospe had five 40-point games last season and should duplicate that feat in 2024-25.

[player_tooltip player_id='1472514' first='Aiden' last='Ur'], 6'4 PG St. Thomas Aquinas

Ur had a strong debut season for the Trojans and should have an even bigger senior season. The 6'4 guard has a good first step, which he uses to beat his defender off the bounce and finishes nicely around the basket. Ur uses his size to see over his defender and has a nice release on his jumper. He is an underrated passer and has the length to defend multiple positions on the floor. Ur is a skilled guard prospect whose ability to make plays at both ends of the floor will help his stock in a big way this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1456844' first='Jalen' last='Fleming'], 6'4 SF Timothy Christian

Fleming has been putting up big numbers for the Tigers during his varsity career and should continue to do so in his senior season. The 6'4 wing attacks the basket with a purpose as he finishes strong above the rim and is unafraid of drawing contact. Fleming moves well without the ball in his hands, freeing himself for open layups and jumpers in the halfcourt. He skies for rebounds on both ends of the floor and uses his athleticism to make plays at both ends of the floor. Fleming had 12 20-point games last season and is looking to eclipse that mark in 2024-25.

[player_tooltip player_id='1602853' first='Tyler' last='DiGraci'], 6'4 SF St. Joe's Metuchen

DiGraci is the Falcons' top returning scorer and will shoulder a bigger scoring role this season. The 6'4 wing has a clean release on his jumper and can get hot from distance in a hurry. DiGraci is more than just a shooter as he can also put the ball on the floor and finish around the basket. He moves well without the ball in his hands and is an underrated passer. DiGraci's ability to stretch the floor is something that will help his stock throughout the course of the season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2421339' first='Owen' last='Reynolds'], 6'4 SF Middlesex

Reynolds powered the Blue Jays' offense last season and should do so again in 2024-25. The 6'4 wing has a smooth shooting stroke and makes opponents pay for giving him space behind the arc. Reynolds can also put the ball on the floor and finishes well around the basket. He rips down rebounds on both ends of the floor and uses his length to get deflections on the defensive end. Reynolds is a lanky wing prospect who should rack up double-doubles during his senior season.

Other Prospects to Watch:

[player_tooltip player_id='2107788' first='Chukwudi' last='Mamah'], 6'7 PF Timothy Christian

[player_tooltip player_id='2196306' first='Keithan' last='Shuler'], 6'3 SG Sayreville

[player_tooltip player_id='2339302' first='Krish' last='Patel'], CG Old Bridge

[player_tooltip player_id='2421319' first='Zeyad' last='Elshazly'], 6'1 PG Spotswood

[player_tooltip player_id='2504937' first='Vaughn' last='Turner'], 6'3 SF Piscataway
