<p>September 17-18th I attended the <strong>West Coast Elite Fall League</strong> located at the Phhacility in Phx, AZ. I watched 8 teams play on the two days. Some of the teams played both nights and here were some of the newcomers I found. </p>

<p>A huge true post player with elite size who rebounds, runs the floor and block shots in bunches. The left-handed center has a soft touch on his free throws and will dunk it easily and score on put backs. </p>

<p>A shooting guard is a freak athlete who can jump out of the gym. He is a sneaky good passer and just moved in from Memphis, Tennessee. He has a fluid handle to create his own shot plus open court speed. He is a great on-ball defender and he gets to the FT line in bunches with his attacking attitude. </p>

<p>A high IQ scoring lead guard with a super high feel for the game. He is a knockdown shooter as he will catch and shoot from the three point line and get hot quickly. He can get a step on his defender and touch the paint and then find a teammate in stride. </p>

<p>A big strong post player is a strong two-handed rebounder. He is a true rebounder chaser and will carve out space in the paint with his broad shoulders and athleticism. He has a nice free throw touch and shows upside. </p>

<p>A decent sized wing forward is one of the best athletes in the state. He has effortless bounce to catch the alley-oop and you basically can throw a lob pass anywhere in the vicinity near the basket and he will go up and get it. He is also a great on-ball defender and rebounds well in his area. </p>

<p>A bigger scoring guard is a strong framed athlete. The lefty can pull-up from mid-range off the dribble but is very tough getting downhill inside the paint. He will be leaned on all year long to score. </p>

<p>The top athlete on the team is an effortless dunker. He is a highlight attacking the basket and leaps up quickly to finish around the traffic. He will rebound well in his area and runs the floor well. </p>

<p>A sharp shooting scoring guard can shoot the three off the catch can rattle off triples one by one. He squares up quickly and lets it fly. His shot is a little unorthodox but is very steady and knows when to make a play or when to score. </p>

<p>A cerebral scoring point guard is a catch point shooter who will drive and kick it to his teammates. He cuts without the ball and puts a lot of pressure on the defense with his speed and skill. He will play perfectly off of senior PG [player_tooltip player_id='1327993' first='Jhordan' last='Bowls']. </p>
