LOS ANGELES — Last weekend's EHA x nxtup hoops Fall High School Invite brought together many of the top high school and prep programs from across Southern California, Arizona and Utah. We were in attendance all day Saturday and Sunday and below we break down the best floor general scoring guards we saw.

[player_tooltip player_id='1956465' first='Alijah' last='Arenas'] | 2026 | Chatsworth

Arenas is lauded for his advanced ability to create and finish scoring opportunities in a variety of ways. The 6-foot-6 combo guard is as smooth as they come off the dribble and flows into effortless pull-up jumpers from the three-point and mid range levels of the floor. Arenas' combination of size and athleticism allows him to elevate over contesting defenders and score around the rim or in those jump shooting situations.

[player_tooltip player_id='1485542' first='Davis' last='Fogle'] | 2025 | AZ Compass

Fogle's long-term value is in his floor stretching ability at the two-guard spot. The 6-foot-7 Gonzaga-commit has a quick and high release in catch and shoot situations with deep range. Fogle has began to play in a facilitator type of role at Compass which has upped his passing IQ and feel for the game but he is still best in an off-ball scorer type of role.

[player_tooltip player_id='2194355' first='Gene' last='Roebuck'] | 2027 | La Mirada

Roebuck makes the difficult look easy. The 6-foot-5 shooting guard is best in the mid-post area of the floor where he can back down smaller defenders and score at the rim or face-up and create shots for himself off the dribble. Roebuck brings an old school type of feel on the offensive end with his ability to create space off of jab steps and spins to get a clean look from 17-feet and out.

[player_tooltip player_id='1956461' first='Jason' last='Crowe Jr']. | 2026 | Inglewood

There are times during games where it looks like Crowe doesn't see the multiple defenders draped all over him. The 6-foot-3 combo guard is an elite shot maker from all over the floor and makes the difficult look easy. The lefty has deep range on his three-point shot and uses his combination of body control and ability to keep defenders on his hip to get to the rim and score with craftiness despite seeing constant double and triple teams.

[player_tooltip player_id='1150824' first='Kaden' last='House'] | 2026 | AZ Compass

House is a microwave type scorer just like his dad, Eddie, was at Arizona State and in the NBA. Kaden, a 6-foot-3 combo guard, is a shifty ball handler whose ability to create space from defenders and pull a quick release jumper keeps defenders guessing. House also uses his explosive first step to get into the lane where he scores with floaters and crafty layups.

[player_tooltip player_id='2211004' first='Rokiem' last='Green'] | 2026 | CIA Bella Vista (AZ)

Green was one of the better shooters we saw in this event. The 6-foot-2 shooting guard confidently pulls from multiple spots behind the arc and with deep and consistent range. Green is effective in spot-up situations but is also a prospect who can flow into a deep jumper off the dribble.
