He has then started to really improve his game and that has garnered him some movement up in the rankings. The kid was growing like crazy, he has now reached a really good positional size height as an off the ball SG that can also bring the ball up. His handle will need to improve against pressure at a high level but he is on the right track. He does play for a small school but this school has a lot of eyes on them because in the past they have been able to produce some impressive players. Black can really let it fly.
