The time has finally come as we have updated our senior class rankings in Virginia! The new rankings feature close to 40 new players, ranking 173 players in the state. Here's a look at the final part of the new faces in the updated rankings!

#163) [player_tooltip player_id='1249127' first='Cody' last='Gordon'] | 6'0” PG | STAB

Gordon transfers to STAB from St. Stephen's St. Agnes adding yet another piece to what was already considered one of the top backcourts in the state as they look to get back to the state championship game and get over the hump this year. He's a reliable ball handler who can handle pressure and get his team in sets, he touches the paint well and makes plays for others and he can hit open shots as well.

#164) [player_tooltip player_id='2571809' first='Jaden' last='Faircloth'] | 5'9” PG | Hermitage

Faircloth is a breakout candidate in the Richmond area this year as Hermitage loses their top two scorers from last year, and so far during the fall it looks like he'll be the guy to step up for them. He's a quick and shifty guard that can break down defenders in isolation situations, he's a dead eye shooter from deep with good range and he shows no fear going in the paint against bigger defenders.

#165) Sidi Moutassim | 5'8” PG | Justice

Moutassim is coming off a good summer with PSB where he showed a lot of improvement and is a high academic player that small school coaches should keep an eye on. While he's only 5'8” he's a steady rock at the point guard position who doesn't turn it over, he makes plays for others off the bounce and he's an efficient scorer who picks his spots and makes the defense pay.

#167) [player_tooltip player_id='1585182' first='Amaree' last='Robinson'] | 6'0” CG | St. Michael

Robinson transfers to a St. Michael program that is on the rise and could compete for a VISAA D4 state championship this year, and he's part of a very talented backcourt that will be a handful for teams to matchup with. The 6'0” combo is long and athletic with good speed with the ball in his hands, he can move off the ball where he can knock down shots when he's open and he is a good point of attack defender too.

#168) [player_tooltip player_id='2548300' first='Jalen' last='Freeman'] | 5'11” PG | Manchester

Freeman will get his time to shine after playing a secondary role on a very good Manchester team as a junior, and he's been in the lab improving and looks ready for his chance to run the show this year. The 5'11” guard is shifty off the bounce and does a good job changing speeds to keep defenders off balance, he has an excellent middle game when he touches the paint, he makes shots from deep consistently and he makes players on his team better too.

#169) [player_tooltip player_id='2571813' first='Cameron' last='Howard'] | 6'5” PF | Hermitage

Howard is your classic mismatch small ball four man in the high school game, as he's a player who thrives with his high motor and all-around skillset. At 6'5” he's strong enough to bang in the paint with bigs on the glass, he can face up and take slower defenders off the bounce, he can make shots in the midrange and he is very active defensively.

#170) [player_tooltip player_id='2571816' first='Obi' last='Pinn'] | 6'0” PG | Mills Godwin

Pinn is another under the radar guard in the Richmond area who is set to have a big senior season at Godwin where he'll be their top option as the primary ball handler for this group. He's a tough nosed guard who leads by example with his fearless play, he can break down defenders off the bounce and get to the paint where he's a good playmaker and he can fill it up in a number of different ways too.

#172) [player_tooltip player_id='2571819' first='BJ' last='Wilcox'] | 6'1” SG | LC Bird

Coming off a surprise run to the VHSL Class 5 State Championship, the Skyhawks return all of their players except for one, who was their All Metro senior and their top shooter, so they'll need to fill that void and Wilcox looks like the new player to do that. The 6'1” two guard is a three and d specialist who can drill it from deep oft the catch, is an all-out and aggressive defender and he knows his role and plays to it very well.

#173) [player_tooltip player_id='2540460' first='Asjal' last='Ali'] | 6'4” SF | Justice

Ali rounds out the rankings after coming onto the scene with PSB this summer, and he's an intriguing prospect for high academic small schools with his upside. At 6'4” he has great size on the wing and can even play spot minutes in the post, he's improved into a floor stretcher who can knock down shots and he is a highly coachable and unselfish kid that just wants to help his team win.
