#112) [player_tooltip player_id='2548304' first='Jeremiah' last='Banks'] | 6'9” C | Norview

Banks is an intriguing available prospect for coaches to take a look at, as he's still relatively raw but has a lot of things you can't teach or find in every gym. At 6'9” he has long arms and a frame that should fill out nicely in a college weight room, he is a good athlete who is mobile and gets up and down the floor, he has good touch around the rim and out to the elbows and he's a good rebounder and rim protector too.

#119) [player_tooltip player_id='2570913' first='Omari' last='Williams-Scott'] | 6'5” PF | Deep Creek

Williams-Scott had a great summer with a talented Team Loaded 757 group, and he's set to have a huge senior season for his Deep Creek team. While he's a little undersized positionally he's a walking mismatch who can face up and put it on the deck, he's strong in the paint with the ability to create space and finish at the rim and he plays with a great motor on both ends of the floor.

#128) [player_tooltip player_id='2571797' first='Rahjeem' last='Moore'] | 6'3” PF | LC Bird

Moore is another undersized forward who is highly effective, as he was one of the biggest reasons for LC Bird's surprise run to the state championship last season. The 6'3” big man is an absolute force in the paint as he uses his size and strength to clear out space, he's a monster on the glass on both ends, he has soft touch around the rim and in the midrange and he does all the dirty work to help his team win.

#136) [player_tooltip player_id='2548287' first='Chase' last='James'] | 6'3” SF | Glen Allen

James is part of a talented group at Glen Allen that could surprise a lot of people this year, and he'll be the senior leader that will help make the team go. The 6'3” wing is strong and athletic making him a big threat in transition, he can hit open shots and works well off the ball to get open and he makes plays on the defensive end too.

#148) [player_tooltip player_id='2571805' first='LJ' last='Vaughn'] | 5'9” PG | Steward

Vaughn is part of a talented Steward backcourt, and while he sometimes gets overshadowed he plays an integral part as the floor general and guy who runs the show. He handles the ball very well and stays out of traps, he's shifty off the bounce and touches the paint at will, he has good touch at multiple levels and he can make plays for others as well.

#152) [player_tooltip player_id='2540462' first='Dylan' last='Donner'] | 6'2” SG | Fauquier

Donner is emerging as a great prospect for small schools and between his steady play on the floor and his high academics it's a no brainer for those schools to target him. He was a First Team All Region selection last year after putting up big numbers throughout the year, he is a talented shot maker off the catch, he can attack off the bounce and finishes well around the rim and he competes on both ends as well.

#156) [player_tooltip player_id='1583313' first='Noah' last='Caesar'] | 6'1” PG | Fredericksburg Christian

Caesar is set to have a big senior season at Fredericksburg Christian after dealing with some injuries last year, as he'll be the go-to guy and has all the tools to put up big numbers consistently. The 6'1” guard is compact and strong allowing him to get downhill and finish through traffic, he is a very good shooter from deep, he gets to spots off the bounce and he's a good rebounder for his position as well.

#159) [player_tooltip player_id='2548301' first='Jalen' last='Pierre'] | 6'0” PG | Colonial Forge

Pierre is a guy who could move way up this list with a big senior season, as he'll run the show for a good Colonial Forge team that could surprise a lot of teams this year. He's a true floor general who makes his teammates better and makes the right play consistently, he's excellent in pick-and-rolls with the ability to turn the corner and he sets the tone defensively as well.

#160) [player_tooltip player_id='2540461' first='Jordan' last='Adams'] | 6'5” SF | Potomac

Adams is one of the more underrated prospects in NOVA public schools, as he improved a lot over the summer and is another high academic kid coaches should take a look at. At 6'5” he has great size and is a plus athlete making him great in transition, he can make open shots at a good clip and he has tons of upside on both sides of the ball moving forward.
