Section 6A: First Look

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Section 6A has a lot of talent, it has a lot of good teams, and I think it might be one of the more fun section races to watch of any class in the state. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Summer Summary</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>West Central Area went to state having won 28 games last season and this is a good program that will not fall back much.  They do have to replace five key pieces from that line-up though so returning to state will be a tough task.  That said, [player_tooltip player_id='2451433' first='Ben' last='Bye'] inside, Sam Hanson at guard, and Cash Nelson on the wing, along with players coming up from the JV, they will keep them in contention.  However, the other top teams in the section do return more….</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Henning and Ada-Borup West are top ten caliber teams that have the majority of their talent back ready for another run at the section title.&nbsp; Henning lost a starter but their biggest concern was their loss to Ada-Borup West in the playoffs (after having beat the Cougars earlier in the season).&nbsp; [player_tooltip player_id='1560827' first='Kale' last='Misegades'] leads Henning with most of his teammates back and Ada-Borup West has three double figure scorers returning from their 24 win team.
