The Blackjacks were upset by Minneota last March in the sections but with all of their top pieces returning including the best player in Class A basketball in [player_tooltip player_id='1411178' first='Brayson' last='Boike'], it's time to make their first trip to state since 1991.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Who can challenge in the North?&nbsp; You start with Minneota who beat the Jacks.&nbsp; The Vikings lost half of their line-up so they may need time to fill spots.&nbsp; Renville County West is about the only line-up that brings back as much as DB but RCW was a seven win team a year ago. They do have a star in [player_tooltip player_id='2620244' first='Ryan' last='Schrupp']. The other team with the best combo of talent, returning players, and team coming off a good/solid season is Central Minnesota Christian.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>As for the South, the first team I would look to is TMB.&nbsp; The Panthers return nearly all of their top pieces from a 17-win team led by [player_tooltip player_id='1617680' first='Alex' last='Munson'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2104478' first='Trevor' last='Smith'].&nbsp; They will be a favorite as will Hills-Beaver Creek who was the top team in the South last year seed wise.&nbsp; With SDSU committed football talent [player_tooltip player_id='2447267' first='Beau' last='Bakken'] back to lead they will be tough.
