Preseason Player of the Year: 2025 [player_tooltip player_id='1951833' first='Braedon' last='Godfread'] (Sidney)

Sidney won just six games last season, but with their top nine scorers returning they should be improved. Godfread is the team's most impactful two-way player; an athletic forward who can protect the paint, control the glass, and finish around the rim.

First Team

2025 [player_tooltip player_id='1951833' first='Braedon' last='Godfread'] (Sidney): 14.2 points, 6.9 rebounds, 1.4 assists, 1.3 steals, 1.4 blocks

Godfread didn't lead the Cowboys in any statistical category other than blocks last season, but he's their best two-way player, providing versatility on both ends of the floor.

2025 Michael Hensley (Sidney): 14.6 points, 7.0 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 1.8 steals, 49.8 FG%

Hensley led the Cowboys in scoring and rebounding last season and should be the focal point of the offensive attack again as a senior for what should be perhaps the most improved team in the league.

2025 Evan Gettler (Stanton): 13.5 points, 5.0 rebounds, 3.9 assists, 1.4 steals, 77.8 FT%

Gettler was really productive for the Vikings as a junior, finishing second on the team in scoring, third in rebounding, and tied for first in assists per game. With two other double-figure scorers graduating, he'll have a chance to see his numbers skyrocket as a senior.

2025 Jackson Embree (East Mills): 12.6 points, 6.6 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 2.1 steals, 48.8 FG%, 38.3 3P%, 75.0 FT%

Embree led a balanced attack for the Wolverines last season and will become the undisputed leader of the group as a senior following the graduations of the next four scorers. If East Mills is going to maintain their standing as the top team in the conference, it will be because Embree takes another step.

2025 Bode Wyman (Griswold): 11.1 points, 5.5 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 2.4 steals

Wyman was a solid all-around player for the Tigers as a junior, ranking second on the team in scoring and assists, and leading in assists and steals. Griswold returns everyone and should be improved behind Wyman and company.
