#310 [player_tooltip player_id='2194576' first='Bobby' last='Montgomery III'] (Queens Grant)

Montgomery was arguably the top player at the Carolinas Freshman Showcase from beginning to end. He took over during 5v5 games in spurts and unselfishly, showcasing his ability to blow by defenders and shoot the ball with range with his quickness. He didn't stop at scoring either, showing he could defend at a high level, dominating his matchups on the day. He's a name to keep a close eye on over at Queens Grant High as he begins his high school career.

#312 [player_tooltip player_id='2559279' first='Justin' last='Golphin'] (Ambassador Christian)

Golphin was an unstoppable force with Montgomery alongside him in the backcourt. He showed he could space the floor with his shot on the perimeter as well as showcasing his ability to attack when needed. The duo worked well off of each other to show they could both play a winning brand of basketball and complemented each other well. He'll be a name for DI programs to track in the early going given his length and skill set.

#332 [player_tooltip player_id='2560544' first='Birley' last='Weng'] (Cary Christian)

Weng was quite the shooting guard prospect to watch with Team 3 at the Carolinas Freshman Showcase. He did well to show he could move without the ball and played quite the shooter role for his squad who was full of playmakers. He's a name out of Cary Christian School to keep a close eye on given his ability to be in the right spot on both ends of the floor to make his presence felt.

#360 [player_tooltip player_id='2559124' first='Serinus' last='Willis'] (Myers Park)

Willus filled quite the role for Team 3 with his length and defense on the wing as their primary defender. He was quite the tonesetter for them as they paced things on offense off his turnovers. He's a prospect who plays with a ton of energy and brings quite the moxxy to the floor with his presence. He showed he could make things happen with consistency on both ends of the floor and has a bright future at Myers Park High.

#364 [player_tooltip player_id='2559123' first='Nick' last='Brooks'] (Southeast Raleigh)

Brooks was another presence in the Team 3 rotation who showcased his dominance on both ends of the floor. He flew around on both ends of the floor making things happen time and time again for his squad. He was arguably the best defender end-to-end and showed off his ability to attack off the bounce with consistency before it was all said and done. He's a prospect with a bright future in the 2028 class over at Southeast Raleigh High to keep eyes on.

#446 [player_tooltip player_id='2560549' first='Ethan' last='Mcsweeney'] (Covenant Day)

McSweeney didn't have too tough of a role operating in the painted area given his teammates scoring and playmaking prowess. He did well to find his niche during the 5v5 games as Team 3 was a relentless bunch. He showed he could be a presence on the interior with his length at 6-foot-4 and did well to shore things up when his teammates weren't dominating. He filled quite the void with his length and rebounding.
